The reason for 4 stars is that when they say they'll call you with a diagnosis, length of the repair, price, and when it's complete- they just simply won't. Communication with the customer is really a fight, in my experience.”

“The best shop out there! I have taken my vehicle here many times there’s always a fair price and they always fix the problem. I have had times where I thought there was some thing significantly wrong and they would make a small adjustment like adding fuel injector cleaner to my fuel not charge me anything and send me on my way. You will not find a more honest better shop anywhere.”

“I took my truck here to get a rather complex, custom made front driveshaft made. I should have gone here first but I tried two others, one wouldn't even work on it the other built a driveshaft that had horrible vibrations. The driveshaft that AA built was a perfect fit and works great without any vibrations. On top of that their prices were very reasonable.”

“In October 2022 returned my 2020 Equinox for some warranty body work. I had a rear quarter panel that had a gap. Mauer tried popping it back in but it did not stay. So I returned to have that addressed and a large gap in my tailgate liner. The process for warranty body work is a little confusing. At first I went to the body shop where I was basically interrogated by a guy. It ranged from “Who is going to pay for this?” to “We can’t fix that!” This was for a WARRANTY issue. Finally he said I had to go to the service department to schedule an appointment. The service department manager, Michele, was very accommodating after I mentioned they had tried to fix this before. My appointment was set. After a couple of attempts they determined they had to order a new clip to hold the quarter panel. That took a day or so to get. The final repairs look great. Very happy with the service department (5 stars). But that guy in the body shop needs a major lesson in customer service.”
