“I like Lamettrys! In January I a car accident in my 2 month old car. Because my car was so new it was hard to get the parts quickly, so the repair took a long time, 2 months. But, I had a service rep, Andy, who called me every week to keep me updated on parts and the process. If I needed something from my car, he made it easy for me to get what I needed. Lamettrys is family owned and it has that kind of feel. Their customer service is excellent which is unheard of these days. I will definitely refer friends and family there.”
“Auto Glass Express got me into their schedule the day after I called them. I had full glass coverage through my insurance and Auto Glass coordinated it with them so I had no worries about coverage. Dustin did a great job. Very professional and personable. He returned a few days after the initial replacement with new side moldings. Some of the tabs had broken off my existing moldings during the initial repair and Auto Glass Express ordered new ones and replaced them promptly. “My windshield seal flew off during that week of excessive windchill advisories and my husband I could didn’t want to try and glue the seal back on because we were worried about chipping the glass. I had called around to get an estimate, I was told from a larger twin cities company that I might need a complete new windshield and lane departure warning reconfiguration which was quoted at over $1000. A google search led me to Shannon Auto Glass and after reading the reviews, I felt like I could trust this shop and gave them a call. I drive past this shop every week and never gave it a second thought or hardly saw it as I was zooming by on the highway. Like most people, my thoughts automatically go to some larger company. I’m so glad I found this place because Shannon aka Shorty is the sweetest guy ever. He re-glued my windshield seal at zero cost and refused a tip until I insisted, which he gave to his service tech. The office building felt cozy , welcoming and comfortable. The service was quick and wonderful. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would put my trust in them for future services, as needed. Don’t hesitate to call Shorty for glass work .”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”

“Hail damage brought us to Crossroads Collision after being referred by Finishing Touch. These two companies provided quality work on our Chevy Equinox. Crossroads handled all the hard extra work with the insurance company. Our vehicle was washed and cleaned for our pick up. Our vehicle looks brand new with all work completed beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!”

“A couple weeks ago another driver backed in to me, his insurance needs a quote. His insurance gave me their Selected Businesses but my mom used Wayne-Val @ her work & highly recommended them. Plus I am always a supporter of local/small business. On my way home I noticed the time and thought I would pop in to ask for an estimate appointment. I entered the office to owner Joe & told him what I would be requesting. Joe kindly suggested we step outside and estimate the damage. I showed him the few small defects; he noted that the headlight placement had been damaged and that likely all repairs would be roughly $2100. I asked if they did loaner cars during the repair? They do not, but if it's the other persons insurance they should allow a rental car. I discussed the "Selected Service Shops" the insurance had suggested. He stated that those places are usually commission based and that Wayne-Val is just him, his wife & brother-in-law compared to larger shops that are 20+ associates. I feel confident in leaving my vehicle w Wayne-Val and will do another yelp/update this one once I have actually had my vehicle repaired. I appreciated that Joe quoted me a realistic 19 February as what I'd be looking at for a service date. I mostly appreciated that Joe told me some of the questions that the insurance may ask, such as: do I approve used parts? He said I don't have to say yes and he wouldn't recommend used parts and it could only save insurance a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Wayne-Val for a wonderful and knowledgeable customer service experience!”

“Been taking my car here for over a decade. I've always felt they've been honest with me about what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. My most recent experience involved having my 17 year old car towed in when the fuel pump died. They provided me with a free loaner vehicle while my car was getting repaired. Chase was great, and kept me updated all along the way. I've also had great experiences with James and Steve in the past as well. When I went to pick up my car, an elderly woman was inquiring about the car wash in the same building. While it's an entirely seperate business from Victory, James offered to walk her over there and help her get set up with the car wash/detailing folks. He totally didn't need to do that, but he did because these folks at Victory are good people. This is why my husband and I keep coming back... everyone is kind, honest, dependable, and goes above and beyond.”
