I am very happy I have finally discovered Carstar Bighley in No. St. Paul. They did an extensive hail damage repair for me a couple of years ago and more recently a minor heat shield repair. In both instances all aspects were perfect. I recommend them absolutely.”

“Within the past 2 years I have had 3 of my cars here for various repairs and through them all I can say they have truly been a great group to work and do top-notch work. I have referred several others as well, all of whom were equally impressed. Being a car enthusiast I do not settle for sub-par work and therefore I tapped into the car show community for recommendations. This is surely the best way to narrow down your options out of hundreds of companies in the twin cities, most of which are just looking to turn over cars as fast as possible. I have seen so many people go down that path in the past and with absolute regret, but I was not going to make that same mistake. "Good enough" does not work for me. Luckily the world is full of options to fit people's various needs. If you want it fast and/or cheap then surely go somewhere else, but if you want it right then this is your place!”

Our car looked great when done! If you need your car fixed and you live close to Woodbury or not, this shop is worth the drive!”
“Family member has used them for many years to apply a special coating on vehicle to control stone dings and dents and early rust as factories no longer rust proof like they did years ago. He even suggested to some local car dealers they should look to them for some of the in shop work they needed done. Family member trying something new they offer to replace the need of a bug shield. Last bug shields lasted only a year or two, they cracked and chipped from road salt and sun. Even worse, they vibrated and in time dug into the hood paint. They have a clear film they use and place on hood where bug shield would go and protect. Looks nice but will be interesting to see how well it works and holds up.”
“I was quoted like $1300 at other shops to repair a couple light little scratches. I knew I was being ripped off so I bought a scratch remover kit to do it myself. Before I got a chance to use it I ran across these folks. I brought my vehicle in and they quoted me 80 bucks! I figured for that price I might as well let the professionals do it and I'm so glad I did. The scratches are gone, I mean gone! You wouldn't know where they were even if you went over the car with a microscope. Very impressed. Thanks folks.”
“Great people and service. Prices seem aligned with industry and work can be sent to other shops to get work completed quickly. Quality of work is very good--bumper and fender looks brand new.
Communication between insurance and shop (assignment) took some work to straighten out--which was likely my insurance company's fault. The communication between shops could be improved--a few details were missed when my work was transferred to another shop. Easily cleared up during a call and visit but the process/systems should be improved to reduce work.”

“A little over a month ago, I managed to clip the end of a concrete wall while leaving a parking spot (embarrassing, I know). It was noted pretty quickly it was more than just the plastic over fenders and side skirt, and that filing a claim would be the best route. I’ve never had to file a claim or work with vehicle repair before and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience surrounding it.
I had the pleasure of working with Sean and Troy. Both are easy to work with, great communication throughout the process, took the weight off of my shoulders by working with my insurance and kept me in the loop as much as possible. Upon pick up, the front desk staff were friendly, and engaging and made my start to finish experience a breeze.
While I hope to not have to have the pleasure of returning, in the event I do, I know I’ll be well taken care of with a great outcome. My car looks and feels brand new and I couldn’t be happier.”
“Just had a dent taken out by Steve. The paintless dent repair was great. Turned out fantastic. There was one spot he couldn't get too because of a weld in the corner of the door. However he did a remarkable job at attempting. Since it didn't come out all the way, he dropped the price he quoted.Awesome service, and friendly. Highly recommend for the paintless dent repair. Will be back for other services in the future.”

“Don’t let the small size of George’s body shop scare you off. This place was incredible because the space is small. Unlike some of these large body shops. They are able to do basically one car at a time. Our car suffered a serious scrape along one side. Rick was very easy and wonderful to deal with. It was fixed in one day And it looks perfect! If you are thinking about getting your car repaired, go to one of the big places first and then go to George’s shop and you will be blown away by the difference.”

“Above and beyond customer service. I came in with a tight budget, side view mirror gone a good amount of scratches on the drivers side . Took awhile to find the part (i have quite an old car) but they made sure to keep me in the loop the whole way and on top of that, they buffed out almost all of the scratches I had free of charge.
Car looks great and they have a great team there that clearly cares about their customers. Glad I chose this body shop, particular shoutout to Husein!”
