I was from Minnesota and worked (at that time) for the largest Logistics co. Worldwide very much separate from this company but I'm still in Logistics meaning basically in this capacity keeping the Goods moving forward like food and clothing.
This Storage company has an incredibly hard working family that dates back late 1800s.
Originally a block Ice company since they didn't have refrigerators in late 1800s - to early 1900s. It looks like the original founding company sold it and now is leasing and renting logistics transportation.
Amazing growing company.

They have parking to spend the night, I had an appointment for 12:00 PM, checked at 8:20, leaving at 9:00 AM, they are very fast, they value the driver's time ?????

Fast & efficient. Everything is straight forward.
Plan accordingly because there are no bathrooms with sinks. There are only Porta Potties and a black bin for trash outside.

Open at 6 am . They do have overnight parking and not sure about washrooms.

No gate, just went to the office they assigned dock right away, after you done you don’t have to go to the office they will call you and then you can pick up paperwork. Took me 1 hours 30 min.

Have come here many times before my appointment time and I get the door within 20 mins, unloading is quick too. Many spots to park, I guess u can also park overnight but not sure. People are very good.

You cannot arrive until maximum 1 hour before your appt time. Once unloaded you must leave promptly. This is as of 3/14/2024. They will send you to one of these truck stops and they are small and over crowded.

Check in at 0955 and done by 1030- fast unloading but please use the washroom before coming; the porta pottie aint that clean
