People giving bad reviews probably had an attitude going in! I arrived at 1805 for an 1800 appointment…checked in, called to door, loaded, paperwork given and parked for the night at 1944. Clerk inside very polite and efficient! Magnum #2350

They got me unloaded reasonably fast. The lot is not huge and the only facilities are two porta johns.Check in is simple and they will call you with your door assignment. They will bring your paper work to you when you are done.

Very disorganized place! Supposed to pick a preloaded but instead the load wasn't ready so it turned into live load. I even called before I came and was told my load was already preloaded and ready for a pickup. I was excited!But when I came, it's wasn't ready! 5 hours later and I'm still waiting to get loaded
