My wife found some breakfast links from Schroeder's at the grocery store and the whole family absolutely loved them. I brought my deer trimmings to them and had summer sausage and breakfast links made, and WOW are they amazing.
Can't recommend this place enough, great meats and friendly staff

Great experience. We brought our deer to Schroeder's to get processed. The packaging was so nicely done- I don't typically like venison very much but I've enjoyed everything we've eaten so far and we're very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.

Picked up some blueberry maple breakfast links from Marketplace Foods in Watertown. The casings were just right and the flavor was excellent.
