“Average meat market experience, nice workers. Their Polish is very good, and I LOVE their Cheddar Brats! On the down side, their bacon was bland, it had hardly any flavor. Maybe we just got a bum pack, but I won't try again to see.”

“Wow, I brought in some beaver meat and venison to have cheddar sticks made. They suggested adding beef to help firm up the sticks due to the consistency of the beaver meat. Best sticks I've ever had. The hot dogs are the bomb as well. Great customer service!!!”

“Great experience. We brought our deer to Schroeder's to get processed. The packaging was so nicely done- I don't typically like venison very much but I've enjoyed everything we've eaten so far and we're very happy with the outcome. Highly recommended.”
