“I had a most excellent experience with my move. I had all of my questions and concerns answered before the move, and the event went better than I expected. I was given a 4th mover to help with the piano (and everything else). All of the guys were great, I would gladly use Two Men and a Truck again!”
“Zach and Ethan were incredibly polite. They are dedicated to doing a good job. The device to help the piano down the front steps resulted in some clunks or sudden drops that scared me, ( guessing no harm done) and the Truck a little high for the roller ramp to work well, but they solved that problem. They were fast and neat and took good care of my things. M M can be glad to have such an efficient duo. Very diligent and very nice.”

“Awesome place with awesome people. Fast unloading. Not much room to park. If you are early just back into any available door after door 2. Doors one and two are reserved for outbound produce loads which are usually complete by 6am. Be sure to stay away from the doc door just far enough to check your seal and open your doors. They will come check your seal and temperature and get your bills and bring them back signed when they are finished unloading you. They start receiving at 5am. I would give them 5 stars if they had just a bit more parking. Awesome place with awesome people.”

“I have rented from both U-Haul Storage and Five Star Storage in the past. Both times I have rented from Five Star Storage they have offered me Stellar service!!! Amber is a rockstar and deserves a raise in my personal and professional opinion.. I've never met her in perso, but she is phenomenal! The free 24 hour moving trailer that comes with the unit is super convenient. My unit itself is tripple secure with the front gate, climate controlled building enterance code and then my personal lock.. with cameras all over the place. They offer insurance also. Wonderful solution to storage needs!!!!!! 10:10 for real!

“The customer service was good on checkin. The issue I have had before that I thought they would fix is if you get an inside storage unit, they have pallets lined up along the wall for people to use. Which is great. But they have a designated unit for that. When bringing stuff to your unit they can be in the way when previous renters move out and leave about 12 pallets along the wall. In just my area there are lights that either are not working or bulbs that are burned out. Cleanup and maintenance is a simple a quick thing to do.”
“Staff very friendly and helpful (although our storage unit is off university, the main office is on N. 25th - this was our mistake). It seems all the units are garage style, they supply pallets so your items don't have to rest on floor. Not temperature regulated. We needed something close to Lindenwood park neighborhood and the location was ideal for us. Storage area lot seemed clean and plowed out. You'll need a circular padlock, they have some for reasonable price.”
“I have always always had the most fantastic service from five Star they've never let me down my storage units have never been broken to where at others we've had thousands and thousands of dollars stolen from us and they never even called us to let us know our storage unit was broken to let alone fix the things so five Star storage goes way up and beyond what they need to do for service and I appreciate them so much I won't rent from anybody else and they also find the very best prices for me no matter where the storage unit is located at”
“i went in Jeremy took care of me quick professionally and i got the paper work and was out the door .secure clean and the price didnt beat me up to bad either.cheaper than some of the other places i checked and protected by a fenced in area and security everywhere.good bunch of folks recommend you check them out if you have storage issues.Thanks Jeremy”

“I arrived at 0745 and checked in with shipping, There's a friendly lady working there and she gave me a door assignment right away.
They started loading the trailer 15 minutes after bumping the dock.
I was loaded less than 30 minutes later, went inside signed paperwork and dock worker came out sealed trailer.
There are some vending machines inside the shipping office for the drivers.”
“Josh and his guys were great. Wouldn't have my stuff down in Fargo from East Grand Forks without them. Rate is super good too compared to what I was quoted from other companies. Were very understanding when i couldn't be there for the load out due to work. Would highly recommend”

“Brian and his crew have helped me with three moving jobs so far. Biggest draw for me the first time around was the cost. Brian’s rates are by far the best, even with mileage factored in.
