“Schiele Enterprises came by to pack and load my three bedroom townhouse and they were great! Professional, friendly, and experienced. Highly recommended!They arrived timely early in the morning and nearly everything was packed up and ready to be loaded the next by 2 pm. They were able to leave my over night essentials like my bed and Wi-Fi router so I could enjoy my last night in my house. Then the next day packed up the one room left to pack and loaded it in the truck!”

“Edit: Changing from a 1 star after receiving a sincere apology and significant discount. I have moved into my storage unit and am happy with it so far.I reserved a unit over the phone with this office. I was given a quote and told I could go into the office to take a look at the unit and finalize my purchase. I went in the next day and was told that there was no reservation under my name and that the actual price of the unit was higher than the price they gave me for my reservation. The woman also told me that she could not show me the unit before I rented it because she was the only person there. I asked her what would be a good time for me to come in so I could see the unit, she told me she had no idea. I was trying to be cooperative and polite by offering to come in at a different time, even though that would require me to take time off of work.The women I talked to in the office seemed more concerned with getting me out of the office and going home early than getting me into a storage unit. The man I talked to on the phone lied. As it turns out, you can’t see the unit before you rent it, your reservation doesn’t mean anything, and the price they quote you is meaningless.”

“Staff very friendly and helpful (although our storage unit is off university, the main office is on N. 25th - this was our mistake). It seems all the units are garage style, they supply pallets so your items don't have to rest on floor. Not temperature regulated. We needed something close to Lindenwood park neighborhood and the location was ideal for us. Storage area lot seemed clean and plowed out. You'll need a circular padlock, they have some for reasonable price.”

“From Jo, Trent and Will I have to say this was an amazing experience. They packed, moved and delivered to our home at exactly the times and dates they said they would. I was worried about all the scammy type moving companies and was worried about any one I called but luckily I found this amazing place.Trent is a professional, showed up and went over the entirety of the home and gave us an extremely accurate assessment and kept in touch to make sure we were prepared. Told us what how we needed to be ready and gave us all the information we needed.Jo, an extremely friendly, and kind person, kept in touch with us on billing and made sure we understood the whole process. She's also very funny and had us in stitches.Will is the energetic, hard-working, get-things-done type that you hope shows up to help you with a big move. He not only was super friendly but very energetic, disassembled and reassembled things quickly and accurately. Showed up when he said he would, worked until the job was done, stayed to make sure we were happy and never complained once.I know it's easy to be skeptical about moving companies, I did my research, learned a lot about the scams companies try to pull but not once did this company ever mislead us or lie to us.No hidden fees, no bs charges, hard working people who take care of you from start to finish. If you have a big move coming up, don't settle for anyone else. Jobbers will get the job done.Oh and a pro tip:Take care of your movers, and they'll be good to you. Feed them, make sure they're not thirsty, and reward the hard work and they'll go above and beyond for you. Honey not vinegar as my wife says :)”

“I had a hired this moving company A couple of weeks ago to do my move today.. Last night Josh called me to let me know that they would be arriving earlier than expected. I waited until an hour after expected and they called and said that a truck was not working… and that they are trying to get ahold of their boss Josh, but Josh was nowhere to be found and was MIA. The guy who called me said at this point we will just have to cancel your move…I Tried multiple times to call Josh on the phone… but his phone Goes to voicemail right away saying his mailbox is full Very unreliable company!!!!”

“Awesome place with awesome people. Fast unloading. Not much room to park. If you are early just back into any available door after door 2. Doors one and two are reserved for outbound produce loads which are usually complete by 6am. Be sure to stay away from the doc door just far enough to check your seal and open your doors. They will come check your seal and temperature and get your bills and bring them back signed when they are finished unloading you. They start receiving at 5am. I would give them 5 stars if they had just a bit more parking. Awesome place with awesome people.”
