“My van broke down while I was in Minnetonka for the weekend (4 hours from home). AAA recommended Endurance Automotive as one of the repair places they could tow my 2017 Toyota Sienna to. Based on Endurance's Plymouth location, I chose them and I am so glad I did. Charlie called me first thing Monday AM. Based on the notes from the towing company and a message I had left for them, he already had a suspicion and he had ordered the part. He told me they would look at it that morning for an official diagnostic (after three Toyota dealers had said they were too busy!) and it ended up being the part he suspected that had gone bad. (an ignition coil?). He kept me informed, was super polite, and gave me a AAA discount to boot. I was able to be back on the road with no further problems at all before 2pm. I am so grateful and I will absolutely encourage my friends near Plymouth to use their services! I hope never to need this again while I am out of town, but if I do, I know who to call! “I rented a 4000 psi pressure washer for 4 hrs. Put in in my mid size suv with the help of a guy there, but then I had to roll it off on planks they gave me when I got to the job. No problem getting it out myself. It did well on the bubbled paint. Enough power to remove lots quickly. A mess to clean up after, but that's not the tool's fault. Good guys there before and after.”

“Great affordable rentals and nice people. Had an emergency clog in my main drain and came here to rent a drain auger. It was last minute during a snow storm so they were just about to close early. I could tell the person just wanted to leave and get home but he let me in to rent one anyway. I think he could have easily said "sorry we are closed" but he didn't. He brought out the machine, showed me how to use it and gave me tips, then helped me load it into my car. Return was quick and painless. Highly recommend this place for tool rental!”

“I’ve rented a storage unit from Acorn Mini Storage in Bloomington for about 4 years and highly recommend. It’s a fairly new facility, about 5 years old. The place is kept clean and looking nice inside and out. It’s climate controlled, gated and I feel safe when I’m there. People I’ve run into are friendly and the management has been exceptional. Eleasha is either available or quick to respond and has been very friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I feel they are competitively priced with similar facilities. It comes down to the the customer service that truly makes this place top notch. I no longer need a storage unit but I wouldn’t hesitate to use Acorn again.”

“My experience with the Brooklyn Park location was excellent. I had made an appointment at 9 am for pick up, when I got there, they had the truck and the supplies I ordered ready and waiting. The rep there made sure all my questions where answered and made sure I knew how to make the drop off process go easy. When the drop off time came, arrived and shortly after another rep took the keys, asked if everything went well and checked over the vehicle. Both pick up and drop off process went really well. The employee even brought the truck around to us and explained everything we needed to know about the questionnaire you have to fill out online about the vehicle. After I gave up the mobile option, it was a good experience.”

“Service lady was exceptional. My 6yr old daughter got stung by a bee just walking up to the steps & the lady pulled out a first aid kit, talked to her, and helped her feel better. She even led us out a back way to the parking lot to avoid going by where there could be bees since my young daughters were scared of getting stung again. She went way above and beyond what she needed to do.”

“QUINCY needs a raise! I am in the middle of a cross country move and somehow ( well I know how?) my trailer hitch 'receiver' was rendered disabled and NO ONE had one in stock... all online sources were shipping from overseas and with the holidays I couldn't expect it until well after the 1st of the year... ENTER QUINCY... well actually Ethan at the Como store led me to Quincy. Called him up, part was available and BAM 45 minutes later.. I've got my trailer hitch receiver! “My experience with the company is limited but I feel they deserve a rating and review for their customer service and adaptability. We rented a truck online to pick up the next day. We had a discount that was honored. Reserving the truck was simple and fast. The Budget Truck was a little bigger than the other companies we checked. The one day rental price was the same as the other places but less when our discount was factored in. Prior to picking up the truck a friend offered us his truck and trailer. We called Budget to see if we could cancel without penalty. They were super easy about canceling and there was no charge to us at all. The only thing I would caution people on is to check on the per mile charge. Mileage was going to be four times what the actual rental fee was. That can add a lot to the cost if you are not paying attention. That is common with all of the truck rental companies. Budget's per mile charge was about twenty five cents cheaper per mile though.”

“This office is not always manned but a posted phone number brought an agent in 5 minutes. The truck I got, a 26 ft, barely had 3,000 miles in it so it ran very well and was in great shape. Rates are competitive.Only problem: they did not have the furniture pads ordered in advance.”
