Matt was very courteous, then when it came to discussing what repairs to be made, BAM sent me a file with images from my car, descriptions of what was happening/what impact it would have, and Matt walked me through it on the phone. I felt empowered to make decisions in a low-pressure environment.Later, I was unable to find the trunk release in my vehicle, and I so called, brought my car over (an hour early, I messed up the time), and Matt adjusted a panel, found the trunk release AND showed me my coolant levels were good, so I was free to go on my trip to see family.I look forward to continue using BAM to care for my car, and I recommend them highly.”

“We are from Brainerd and my wife was low on antifreeze. She happened to be at an appointment close by. I called over there and they were fully booked but they said she could stop by to get the antifreeze topped off. They filled the reservoir and looked things over quick and couldn't see any visible leaks. They gave her some pointers to watch for while driving and would not take any money for the antifreeze. “I highly recommend David at Boulevard Sinclair. I have an older Corvette that I've had him work on. The first time that I took it to him, it was leaking a considerable amount of antifreeze. I called David and explained the situation. Even though I was a new customer, and wouldn't be able to get my car to him with AAA until after 6pm, he told me that it wouldn't be an issue and that he would wait for me. Sure enough I followed AAA and he was there waiting for me at his shop. The next day, he called me and told that the repairs were made. The repairs, fortunately, were minor, very affordable and have held up very well. I took it back to him for a noise/cable issue in the steering column. While I was told elsewhere that the cable needed to be replaced, David diagnosed the issue and was able to work with the old cable and fix the issue/noise. Again, the repair worked, was very affordable, and was done within a day. In my experience, I will continue to use David at Boulevard Sinclair for any repairs, and general maintenance on my vehicles and would recommend him to everyone. He's very knowledgeable, affordable and gets the work done efficiently.Services: Steering/Suspension”

“My husband and I called ahead and told Marvin what kind of car we were looking for and what it would be used for and that we were open to his suggestions. We show up and he had a list of cars and a presentation for us. He knocked it out of the park with the first one shown. He is the kindest, most gentle man and sales person ! We never once felt any pressure to buy and he was not pushing us to any certain car. He truly wanted the best for my family. The next day we got a call from Marvin with him checking in to see if I had any questions- didn’t seem like a sales pitch at all he just honestly wanted to help. Later that day we decided we wanted to go with the car and buy that day- we call the dealership and Marvin had left for the day. 10 minutes later we get a call from Marvin that he is happy to come back to help us - keep in mind this was 3 pm on a Friday afternoon- he was probably gone for the weekend! We show up and he has everything ready for us knowing we have a newborn with us and time is of the essence! It was so easy and we knew we were j getting a great car at a fair price. To top it off he put a bow on the car with a sign, my husband had to leave with the baby so Marvin took some pics of me with the car and sign and really made it special! Before I left in the car he sat with me and hooked up my phone to the car , programmed my seat and made sure I was safe and confident to drive! I’m so thankful for Marvin and sears imported auto!”
