Highly recommended, phone was good as new in less than an hour. Support local, years of experience and knowledge and so happy he was able to save us”

I booked on a Tuesday but became unavailable, and they were very quick to respond and were able to rebook me for later in the week within a few minutes.
The actual repair of my phone was even easier. I dropped off my phone around 2:00pm and it was done within a couple hours and I had it back working like it was brand new. Props to these guys!

“Although I initially had some issues setting up my iPhone 15, Cam was extremely helpful in simplifying the process and solving my problem. He was extremely friendly and in a great mood despite being the only employee on site, and I watched him help 3 other people within a few minutes before getting to me. He used translation services on a few customers who spoke another language and went out of his way to serve everyone who needed help with understanding. Cam is a perfect example of what service means.”

“This Cricket Store is AWESOME!!! Stevie the store manager goes out of her way to make sure your order is exactly right! My brand new phone was so messed up, but I didn't get insurance! She made sure I got a replacement through the warranty on the phone!! Several times I had to go back and she was WONDERFUL!! IF You're going to buy a Cricket phone and you need to have your Cricket phone looked at or have questions go to this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids, located by the Walmart Store!! I was hesitant about switching over from ATT to Cricket. I'm not sorry one bit because of Stevie the store manager!! I highly recommend this Cricket Store in Coon Rapids over any location!!”

“Located in a busy shopping center. Plenty of inventory, stocked shelves, and friendly associates. Relatively clean and organized. Grocery, beauty, housewares, cleaning, toys, hardwares, kids, electronics, etc. Will all be found here. 1 stop shopping. I take advantage of curbside pickup. Orders are usually available within 2 hours. Be sure to check your items before pulling off. Starbucks and Ulta beauty onsite.”
