Fouj is great! She always remembers my name and she’s super easy to work with. She opened two accounts for me and she even reversed a couple fees I’d incurred due to a misunderstanding on my part. My only recommendations are related to the app.

Customer service its the best from the teller to the bankers Mr. Carlos And Mr. Cheng. even the security guard it’s nice. It was really a great experience thank you. Oh and one of the bankers even speaks Spanish which was a plus for me!!
