Customer service needs to be improve. Only one guy is working, more than 40 minutes waiting to check in!!!!

Make sure you read your contract very close. They have an employee who intentionally rips you off. It’s been reported to their Human Resources by their own associates and this behavior is apparently acceptable to them.

Understaffed, difficult to locate within the airport, and the associate was very condescending towards customers. If you have the option, look elsewhere.
