This building is truly a unique gem in Minneapolis! I absolutely love the staff and the character.
I also love the fact that Loring Park is within walking distance.

It’s hard to fairly express our experience living at 430 oak grove because of outside circumstances and consistent changes in either the manager of the building, lack of manager in the building, or new building management. We’re optimistic.
