“Lived here twice. September 2019 to May 2021, and again May 2022 to present. Clearly, I love this spot. The big windows can get cold and icy on the frame in the winter, but that's not a big enough complaint to knock it down at all. Love the greenway and the neighborhood. The location can't be beat.”

“I’ve had a pleasant experience at the Station on Washington. Aside from a couple of very minor issues (such as a couple of internet outages early in the leasing term and a time when maintenance came to fix something but didn’t) I’ve had just about no complaints in the few months I’ve been here so far. The building is rather nice (including the apartments themselves, with only a few scratches, minor damages like a light out of place, or such when I moved in) and the people who work in the office are all very nice. I’ve had several good conversations with the front desk people and they are always helpful. It’s a great apartment for my current situation.”

“I lived with my partner for one year at 3020 On the Rail. I can't recommend them enough. The building is at a great location, the management is very kind and they respond very quickly to maintenance requests. Also, the apts. are in great conditions and they are very spacious.”

“HQ is the best first apartment I could have asked for. I love how quickly they address maintenance issues and how little you can hear your neighbors. The amenities deck is a fantastic place to hangout as well!”

“I’m a resident here! The apartment complex is fantastic with lovely amenities available to everyone. What really sets these apartments apart from others are the people involved. Alexis is so personable and friendly and cares so much about each of her residents.”

“? Management was great; maintenance was great!?‍♂️ Lots of shared amenities such as a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, party/event space, sauna and tanning room.? Above ground parking is free and not reserved and there is plenty of space so you can easily invite friends over and they should easily find a spot to park. Underground parking is available with monthly payment.? The building was built in the late 20th century; not new but you get a lot of square footage for what you pay for.?‍♂️This is a great option if you are looking for a place to live without a car. (Just be careful of the heavy traffic around 66th/York.) Being by the Southdale business area, there are lots of businesses nearby within walking distance ranging from economic options to luxury options (Galleria). Cub Foods is within a 10-minute walk and soon Kowalski's will open and be another 10-minute walk option. Also, Rosland Park is nearby and very nice!? There is a large transit center also 10 minutes away by walking which can take you both to downtown/Uptown, to the Mall of America and to the southern suburbs. Also, there is an express bus (578) that stops right in front of Edina Towers which will take you downtown in 20 minutes (skips traffic by using HOV lane) - (1 in the morning and 2 in afternoon).”

“Dario came into my unit to complete some work orders that I found on the day that I moved in. He was very polite, professional, attentive. He took the time to ask me questions to get a better understanding of exactly what it was that I was trying to communicate. He was very punctual, even though I had to reschedule the day prior. He wanted to make sure that my move into Plymouth Square apartment was stress-free. Thank you for everything. My family and I truly appreciate it!”

“Seems like a nice place. A relative lives there. I looked into the pricing and waiting list. The monthly co-op fee seems pretty exorbitant, so that was disappointing.”

“Jeremiah was incredibly fast in fixing our sink problem and I appreciated his communication on timing.Additionally, we recently had a request completed by Mark to help resolve an issue with our smart thermostat installation (but I didn’t receive a link for review). Mark was incredibly thorough and generous with his time - tried a few options before finding a solution and completed the work in a single day instead of coming back. Super appreciative of this awesome team!! Thank you both Mark and Jeremiah”

“I don’t live here, but my car was robbed last night, and some of my belongings were dumped at this apartment. The nighttime security guard was nice enough to call me, leave me a voice message, and meet me at 4 AM to collect what was left in my belongings. He didn’t owe me anything as I am not a resident, but made such an awful situation a little bit better. I cannot thank him enough : )”

“I have lived here with my fiancé for over a year and a half now. We both love it here! It's in a perfect location right between uptown and St Louis Park, the building is new and gorgeous, and management is great! Maintenance requests are completed very quickly, management is responsive, and there are occasional fun events for residents. The only downside is that we have had a bike stolen and someone stole $600 worth of items from our car. Although it's a locked garage, people still manage to get in. Management was good, however, about reaching out to corporate and getting a security guard to watch the garages at night.”

“The views and the apartments themselves are super nice! When moving in some things could have been cleaned better (considered two hours of my time were spent cleaning that day), but other than that I haven't had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is super timely and helpful. The management overall is helpful and kind. I wish there were more events put on, but I'm hoping with the new year those will begin. The gym has machines broken pretty frequently, which is a bummer. But the amenities are pretty well kept otherwise. The views of the city are definitely a selling point.”

“I moved into my apartment at Diamond Lake Properties (DLP), Minneapolis in 1994. In November of this year, I will have lived in my “apartment home” for the last 28 years. It has been a wonderful place to live and the location is perfect. Being close to a drug store, grocery store, gas station, bus route, restaurants, and freeways is a big plus living at DLP too.Over the years we have had numerous apartment managers. All have been very good, but I have to say, Tracy who is here now, may be the best manager yet. When things need to be fixed, Tracy listens and gets it done. I hope she never leaves! The driveway from the street to the parking lot in the back of the building and the parking lot itself has had potholes develop over the last year or so. The daily traffic from the parking lot to the street and our Minnesota winters have not helped matters. But recently, both the driveway and the parking lot were repaved and restriped! Thank you to the owner of Diamond Lake Properties for fixing our parking lot!”

“Having lived in other apartments in Loring Park, this is the best I've found! The building is clearly stunning and historic from the outside and I absolutely love my unit. It is spacious, loft style, high ceilings and is more unique than the majority of apartments I had toured. Feels much more like a "home" than a cheap apartment unit. The building is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. I've never had noise issues with neighbors or otherwise, which is especially surprising with my unit being right off the main lobby. Management has always been friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. There is a small, but beautiful rooftop area and the location in Loring Park is central to literally everything. I truly love living here!”

Great and outgoing people who gladly take up their time to thoroughly help you with your problems and really give their best effort in helping.”

“Living at East Bank Communities is awesome! They always answer any questions and are super friendly. The new manager has done so much in the last few months for residents to make us feel like he really wants students to be here and feel comfortable. Thank you East Bank Communities!”

“Great layout within each unit! The intimate patios are a huge plus for these unique units. The proximity to downtown Minneapolis is superb as you just walk across the Stone Arch Bridge & you are right in the middle of the city. Highly recommended for city explorers & people eager to venture out in the great city of Minneapolis. Check it out!”

“This college apartment is beautiful and up to par. I wish them luck on preparing it for the upcoming school year. Living here would be great and promotes physical activity with everything being so close by. The new renovated single bedroom units are a dream come true.”
