My roommate and I lived at 3020 for 3 years, and overall, it was great. Management was very available and quick to address any problems that came up.

I lived with my partner for one year at 3020 On the Rail. I can't recommend them enough. The building is at a great location, the management is very kind and they respond very quickly to maintenance requests. Also, the apts. are in great conditions and they are very spacious.

I was a tenant for 3 years while obtaining my graduate degree. The apartment is family-managed, and they are kind and quick to respond to concerns or maintenance requests. You often see them around taking care of the property. I highly recommend renting at this apartment complex.
3020 On the Rail is an apartment complex and business center located in the heart of the Prospect Park neighborhood in Minneapolis and just a half block from the Green Line light rail stop. This is a family run business and is locally-owned, operated and managed. All apartments are spacious and feature open floor plans with high ceilings, large balconies, full kitchens including dishwashers, microwaves, glass top stoves, and refrigerators with ice makers and water filtration. The business/retail space is home to Sjoquist Architects, INC, Prospect Kitchen, Radiata Wellness, and the leasing office. There is heated underground parking, surface lot parking, bike storage, a fitness center, grill and outdoor green space, and an elevator.
