Very sad. I was sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for a banker. There were 3 bankers there talking and laughing and no one seems to care. I got frustrated and left. I don't recommend anyone to go to this branch. Very poor customer services indeed.

Just sat in the lobby area for half an hour (with two other customers waiting also) and no acknowledgement from any bank employee. Need better signage if I was supposed to line up for a teller or sign in somewhere. I’ve called three days in a row to make an appointment with a notary if they have one. No one ever answered the phone. Ever!!!! I’ll take my business elsewhere.
