“I had a great experience here. I stopped by earlier in the week because my old phone was acting up. I was recommended to get a new phone (my old one isn't even made anymore). I researched phones and went back to the store later that week. Tree was my representative both times and was terrific. She transferred all my stuff from my old phone to my new one for me, assembled the new phone with the protective screen and case and was overall very helpful. There's great people at this store.”

“Miss Johanna was kind from the beginning, she resolved my doubts and helped me choose the telephone that would work for me, completely kind I must say that I passed my telephone line through her. She had to send me to another place for the iPhone 15 that I bought, as I heard it was the person in charge who attended to me, and from the beginning I felt extremely angry because of her tone of voice and her sharp answers, although I give that lady a positive and that is that he knew how to connect my data from the previous phone to another, however you should know that a good attitude always makes a difference! “So I went to this Cricket to start service and to port over my numbers but they ran out of physical sim cards so they hooked me up with a free Bluetooth speaker (the speaker was attached with a sim card) as a workaround which costed them money. They did above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that everything worked. I only paid the normal setup price. I normally don’t do reviews but I had to say something about this. Satisfied.”
