“The staff here is so awesome. I was a little shocked. I needed new wiper blades. With the weather so cold my last blade snapped off as I was getting ready to head to work. I showed up to NAPA when they opened and they greeted me got me a good pair of wipers and directly went and put them on for me. I was not expecting that. I expected to buy them and go home and watch a YouTube video on installation to get my old blades off and new blades on. Other auto parts stores I have visited haven’t installed anything for me (especially on a cold day like today). Any future auto needs, NAPA has my business. Good people work there!”

“I was looking for a trailer to haul our kayaks and came across this fine company. I had plenty of questions about their trailers and Denny was always quick to answer the phone or reply to my emails. We ended up getting the Urban Paddler and we just love it so far. It's very well built and we've had no problems with it in the year since we purchased it. I've had a couple follow up questions since the purchase and Denny again was quick to reply. Places like this is why we love dealing with small businesses whenever we can.”
