“We were on the way to the cabin, my husband stopped by to pick up alternator. He assured me it would be a 5 min job. Needless to say it took 1hr 45 mins. Dave, one of O'Reilly's team members came out to assist him and found a cracked part that needed to be replaced. Dave went into the store looked up the part so my husband could replace that part too. He also brought my husband a ladder to make it easier for him to get under the hood of his truck.Fingers crossed we don't need to stop for another part. I'm not sure we will be able to find someone as kind as Dave.This is customer service at it's finest!!”
