“I was looking for a certain pair of On running shoes. Mill City Running had the best price and shipped them out promptly. I ordered them on a Wednesday morning and they were shipped by the afternoon. I would've had them by Friday if the USPS in our city didn't hold onto them for 4 days. This is no reflection on Mill City. They did their part promptly. I would definitely order from them again.”

“had a great experience at the store. The sales person was very knowledgeable and brought out fantastic choices that totally fit my needs. She spent about an hour with me while i tried on different shoes. I'm not a runner, but I needed shoes for walking after recovering from a broken ankle and I'm really happy with the pair I chose. The two staff members that were there were very friendly and helpful, and the store has a good vibe. i did use the measurement scan which was very cool. for a small local shop they had lot's of services and choices. I will definitely go back there next time I need a pair of shoes!”

“A couple weeks back I stopped in at Bob’s Cycle Supply to order a pair of new tires for my ancient 650 Yamaha street tracker.The gentleman who took my order for the tires was very courteous and helpful making the tire selection. He was very thorough as well.The following week I received a call that the tires had arrived, so I brought my wheels in and the gentleman at that time was also very courteous and helpful. He was very attentive to notes regarding which side of the bike the front brake rotor/rear brake hub were on, as well as the speedometer drive.‘Kyle’ called a day or so later to just ‘double check’ the configuration, and also offered the option for ‘tape’ weights or ‘clamp’ style.No surprise to me at this point-he was also courteous and helpful!One more individual I want to mention was yet another gentleman who, when I stopped in to about a month ago to inquire about having the wheels laced, kindly informed ‘Bob’s’ no longer offered the service, but referred me to ‘Larson’s Cycle’ (that referral made my day!).I have been a Bob’s Cycle Supply customer since ‘Bob’ opened the business on Rice Street back in1971, and have always been very pleased with the products and service they offer, but most importantly-the very high level of customer service I have always received.I will be in soon for new tires for my 1971 650 Yamaha and a new helmet.Needless to say: Bob’s Cycle Supply and staff absolutely ROCK!”
“Awesome Experience while shopping for cleats and gear for our girls. the gentleman took time with each of our girls and measured their foot and brought out several pairs of cleats for them to try on and was very knowledgeable of the cleats he was bringing out. he did the same with shin guards, explained each style and helped choose the right ones for each girl! Amazing Customer service! Highly recommended. we will definitely be returning for future shopping.”

“Great store that has been an institution at the Galleria since the 80's or 90's. It seems they have been able to curate a collection of the best of the best of the brands they represent. The staff knows about products and materials used. It seems they are able find emerging and interesting brands. The sales people have been exceptional in my experience and even special ordered a color and size I wanted. This place is a refreshing experience in retail that is harder and harder to find. High end offerings and friendly.”
“Richard was wonderful to work with. He listened to our needs and helped us to get exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about working with him. Along, with the wonderful customer service, the product is amazing! The hotel from our honeymoon in Maui used this bed and we were amazed about how it felt. We were shocked to find out we could get this same bed from the Mall of America. It was smooth to buy, smooth to have delivered, smooth to put together, and smooth sleeping since that time.”

They have any MN Gopher’s related product (hats/jersey/sweater etc) but are a bit limited with other MN teams but hence the name “GOLDY’S locker room” so nothing I didn’t expect. Great place for mn gopher fans to shop.”

“I've always had a good experience at this store - friendly, knowledgeable staff and great prices for kids who will grow out of (or lose!) their gear quickly.However, today they especially went above and beyond when my car wouldn't start after I made a purchase, and two employees took time out of their day to come give me a jump. “I went in with no experience & very little knowledge of rowing machines. Logan spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining the differences between the types of rowers, asking questions to understand my needs and giving his recommendation on which machine would give the results I want & how to properly use the rower. I felt confident in his recommendation and was excited to purchase! Sam called me when my order was in, loaded it into my car and gave advice on unloading & assembly. Both guys are awesome! I would buy my next piece of equipment here and recommend anyone else looking to try them also!”
