“The shoes I purchased are excellent and could not be happier! My only feedback would be to ensure team members understand more about the product they are selling. The sales rep I worked with was kind and eager to help, however you could tell there was limited knowledge as when asked to have my foot measured, they struggled to understand how to read the foot size. A little humorous to me, but not all of your customers may feel the same.”

“A couple weeks back I stopped in at Bob’s Cycle Supply to order a pair of new tires for my ancient 650 Yamaha street tracker.The gentleman who took my order for the tires was very courteous and helpful making the tire selection. He was very thorough as well.The following week I received a call that the tires had arrived, so I brought my wheels in and the gentleman at that time was also very courteous and helpful. He was very attentive to notes regarding which side of the bike the front brake rotor/rear brake hub were on, as well as the speedometer drive.‘Kyle’ called a day or so later to just ‘double check’ the configuration, and also offered the option for ‘tape’ weights or ‘clamp’ style.No surprise to me at this point-he was also courteous and helpful!One more individual I want to mention was yet another gentleman who, when I stopped in to about a month ago to inquire about having the wheels laced, kindly informed ‘Bob’s’ no longer offered the service, but referred me to ‘Larson’s Cycle’ (that referral made my day!).I have been a Bob’s Cycle Supply customer since ‘Bob’ opened the business on Rice Street back in1971, and have always been very pleased with the products and service they offer, but most importantly-the very high level of customer service I have always received.I will be in soon for new tires for my 1971 650 Yamaha and a new helmet.Needless to say: Bob’s Cycle Supply and staff absolutely ROCK!”

“We couldn't go and buy tickets for the baseball game because we had paid for the college reunion events. So instead we looked around in their store and bought other things to take home. I bought a keychain wooden bat, a stress reliever pink squishy pig toy, and a blue T-shirt with their logo. My older sister bought a magnet for the fridge, a mug shaped like the state of Minnesota, and a Black T-shirt with the Baseball Team logo on it. And we chatted with the 2 sales clerks. I took a picture of this large Pirate Ship which was in the baseball yard. When there is a home run fireworks are shot out from this area. It is a nice Baseball store to visit while in St.Paul, MN.We came here after visiting the St. Paul Farmer's Market which is steps away. It was a fun, hot day minus that horrible rainstorm that showed up at 2:00 P.M.”

“I've bought a couple of wax wood spears there, one pair of cotton training slippers, some nice training shoes, and some black cotton training pants that she assured me would loosen up once i washed the. Guess what, they did, and feel great! Friendly, knowledgeable person behind the counter. Prices seem to be reasonable, for a Mom and Pop store.”

“Was curious about this Swedish owned company and needed a new jacket/parka. I had a great experience with the staff, shopping and the black Friday specials. I have a nice warm jacket, trousers, gloves and light weight pants. Very well made clothes and products. Well worth the drive from Duluth.”

“So I think I'm a Patagonia customer for life. My jacket ripped while I was working last year. Brought it in because I knew they had a fix it program that was free. They said my patch was to big to guarantee it wouldn't fail. So they just swapped it out completly free. Lifetime warranty. Anything they can't fix, and take in as a warranty they either patch as best they can and donate, or recycle them into making another jacket. Pretty cool to see the companies core values at work.”

“The absolute best place to buy tech suits. Have daughters who have been competitive swimmers most of their lives. We've ordered from just about every swim store, manufacturer, brand, etc....you name it. Approx four years ago, needed a specific tech suit in a specific size which was proving almost impossible to find. Came across Elsmore Swim Shop online and saw they had it. Ordered the suit and since that first purchase, they've become our go-to. We have ordered multiple tech suits from them and only them. Fantastic products, great selection, best prices, awesome customer service and just an overall pleasure to deal with. Cannot urge you strong enough to do business with this company!! You won't be disappointed!”
