It's shocking he is not a manager, his customer service and knowledge of the ins and outs of products and services are top notch. After spending over three frustrating and confusing hours mostly about getting the iPhone 15 ready, they said I could get it set up at an AT&T store which solved my problems very well. My biggest issue at the AT&T store was the high price for accessories I purchased there.”

Well came to savage store & the most kind the most helpful, and sincere man who went above and behind to help us in anyway possible! I don’t know quite how to spell his name but it sounds like “ray” I think it’s spelt “rei” If you want quality superior service and be treated with respect, patience and pure genuine goodness, he’s your guy!
