“Had a day of request to have them look at my vehicle. Called them at 12:30pm on a Friday, had it there by 1:30pm. They gave me a call within 30 minutes letting me know the issue. Gave them the green light to go ahead and repair and they had me out the door at 3:50pm. I thought I was going to have to schedule the repair for a later date so it was a welcomed suprise they said they could have it done that day!! Stephen, the service advisor said that it was a safety concern and wanted to make sure it was taken care of right away! Highly reccommend these guys at the Inver Grove Heights location. I had never been there before but will gladly give them my business going forward.

“They have taken care of our 2012 Prius V the entire time we’ve owned it. They always do a superb job mainly oil changes which come with alignment and other little touches. I love that they have treats, popcorn coffee water for the people in the waiting room. Oops they haven’t brought back the treats sense Covid finished arg I hope they bring this back soon. I wish they would offer us an upgrade. We have loved this car.”
