“I recently took my 2016 Dodge Journey here for a variety of issues. The guys at Master Tech Auto were all great. They fixed my car and all its issues and for a great price! As a single mom who doesn’t know anything about cars, I have been nervous about taking my car anywhere because I don’t want to get ripped off or taken advantage of. I was so relieved to finally found a place to take my car to and I don’t have to worry anymore! They explained everything wrong with my car and even let me go back in the shop to show me one of the parts that had fallen off that was causing so much noise! “Traveling for work and picked up some road debris in my tire. I have road hazard warranty from a Royal retail location outstate. The Newport store is a commercial location but I called to see if they could help. They were great - let me bring the tire, in, they were able to patch it and even though they were under no obligation to do so, they honored the other store's road hazard coverage, Great place! Good, quick service and friendly, honest staff!”

In 45 minutes we were on our way- they checked our other tire and the spare- it needed air, so grateful they did! Very professional, friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!!!!”

They work hard to not rip you off, And even the expensive repair seems cheap here.On top of being very cost-effective they do excellent work, I've had transmissions replaced here, regular maintenance done, and just about every repair I can imagine, never have issues afterward. They'll even install your own parts if you purchase them, which I did with a catalytic converter one year.Just amazing guys!!”
