She was also quick with areas that needed to be addressed so that the car buying experience did not have to take all day as they sometimes can tend to do. Sent wonderful clear photos of what needed to be worked on, and the prices of each of them, and explained things very well. “I started the process of finding a new car a couple months ago. I have been very happy with my last 2 Toyotas so started at Inver Grove Toyota again. There I met Felix, who helped me compare vehicles and try out how they fit for my life with lots of patience.
Well today I purchased my new Venza with Felix and he made the process fun and showed me around my new vehicle and helped me set up my new accessories. He even promised I could call him if I have problems with any of the indicators or connected services we set up, and asked to check in a week, to tell him how things are going. I appreciate all his help and the others, Jenny and Patrick for explaining my options.
I have a little getting used to everything to do but I’m sure I’m going to love my new car.

“Had a day of request to have them look at my vehicle. Called them at 12:30pm on a Friday, had it there by 1:30pm. They gave me a call within 30 minutes letting me know the issue. Gave them the green light to go ahead and repair and they had me out the door at 3:50pm. I thought I was going to have to schedule the repair for a later date so it was a welcomed suprise they said they could have it done that day!! Stephen, the service advisor said that it was a safety concern and wanted to make sure it was taken care of right away! Highly reccommend these guys at the Inver Grove Heights location. I had never been there before but will gladly give them my business going forward.

From the initial phone call with personable Sia to the consult with knowledgeable Nathan, my experience here was stellar! Even though it was busy, Nathan answered all my questions throughly and patiently. He offered quotes and found out pricing on upcoming maintenance. The waiting area was very comfortable and they even had gluten-free snacks! A nice bonus was getting my Mazda washed! Kudos and thank you to everyone.”

I had to wait a few days to get my new Tiguan (supply chain issues!) and they provided me with a rental so my life wouldn't be disrupted. “They have taken care of our 2012 Prius V the entire time we’ve owned it. They always do a superb job mainly oil changes which come with alignment and other little touches. I love that they have treats, popcorn coffee water for the people in the waiting room. Oops they haven’t brought back the treats sense Covid finished arg I hope they bring this back soon. I wish they would offer us an upgrade. We have loved this car.”
