“I went in looking for drawer slides. The knew exactly what I was looking for after I described them to him. They also had a new tool that would work for the cabinet doors I was making. Making flat slabs from multiple pieces of wood. Had no idea such a tool existed, and would've been helpful for my cutting boards.”

Next visit update: an item I needed was listed as in-stock, multiple quantity, but the hook where they should have been was empty. We asked the staff for help, but they checked the inventory also, but didn't know where the items might be. We happened to find the exact quantity the website said the location had in-stock on one of the end caps of an aisle with featured items. So I guess I got what I needed, and their web inventory for the locations works, but if the items aren't where you expect, you may have to look around, or ask for help.”
“These people here are awesome! Friendly, knowledgeable and always a pleasant visit when I go there. They fixed a screen for me fast one time. Even the maintenance around here couldn't do it as fast...or at all! Sad.....thanks you guys!”

“May 3rd purchase with an issue with the store computer delayed processing our credit card. The manager that day did everything he could to try and get our purchase entered. There was a register computer glitch and could not process our purchase. We did take the merchandise home and went back a couple days later to get a receipt. I had a photo copy of the purchase from my iPhone and wanted to ensure the extra warranty we paid for would be applied. Still unable to resolve until today, May 8, when manager Cory was able to get the situation resolved. Appreciate Cory's commitment and the manager who tried to help us on the 3rd. Corporate had advise Cory that the credit did not process reason I was back in the store today to get a receipt. Our statement showed up today and when checking all the details, the charge did process. Now there is a duplicate charge to be resolved. I did call Cory and let him know and he said he'd contact corporate to resolve. My compliments to a great team!”

“I had quite a few units to load up so it took awhile, but the forklift operators are very efficient and good at loading so that was really nice. They run about 40 trucks through here a day so you might need some patience, the shipping clerk told me don't show up too early before your appointment because he only has room for so many trucks.”
“The last three times I've been to Home Depot it was to look at their indoor plants. I've been wanting to add to the plants I have and was looking for something different than what I had. I have been very happy each time I went to Home Depot - the selection was good, checkout was easy (self-checkout), the sales assistants were very helpful and came over right away to check on me to make sure any I wasn't having any difficulties with the check-out process. I especially have enjoyed their sales on succulents as well as their end-of-season sale where I got some excellent deals on plants. The only things I'd recommend are to expand the houseplant section, get a wider variety of plants, and do not offer artificially-dyed plants (e.g., blue or purple plants).”

“Had a pick up order today and Erica was so nice and helpful! it was taking a little while so she went back and dug out our 12 ft skeleton and brought it out to our truck her self! She also gave my daughter some stickers while we waited and told us about upcoming kids events! All the gold stars for Erica!”
