“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! “Victory Auto came through again for me!Cooler weather caused my ‘low tire pressure’ light to turn on.Their Fridley location was closest to me so I pulled in unannounced; they efficiently checked my tires, explained two of my air pressure sensors batteries are at end of life; confirmed tires are good and just replace the parts when I get new tires. No pressure from them to buy new tires now.Victory is such a pleasant experience. The respect between employees and customer is top notch! Thank you!”

We have had AAA for years and tonight they failed us big time. Our son was waiting 4 hours and 20 minutes. I was not with him but looked up towing with good reviews. “I own an Automotive Hail Repair company which travels the US to large cities after catastrophic hail storms. I have seen Many paint & body shops all over the nation… many shops leave me needing to get two or three selections during a storm. Flying Eagle stood TALL and fulfilled all of our paintwork during the 2022 hail season.The paint and body work here is solid.The turn around is fast and the price is right ( do not go low end for paint it is not a good outcome for your vehicle).We had 53 vehicles painted and repaired this year from Flying Eagle after the hail storms ( just our shop alone). These are hoods, roofs, some other extras..This is a crew of good people.Let them fix your vehicle.”

“Had my car towed here… I was super concerned, because I had a tone of expensive equipment in the truck bed, which was uncovered, but the staff was nice enough to park it inside when they saw it. Everyone was polite, friendly and pleasant, which I must say is a “first” for me, when it comes to towing companies. Shouldn’t say I strongly recommend, you know…:) but, I sure am glad my truck ended up here and not somewhere with bunch of grumpy, mean employees, who wouldn’t give a flying fart about my stuff.”

“Great experience with this company. Pricing is reasonable. My car slid onto a steep hillside during some icy road conditions. When I called, a real human picked up. The Dispatcher was hurried, but professional and answered all my questions very politely. Communication was great, the driver called me when they were in their way and arrived within 20 minutes. A very polite and kind young man. He pulled my car off the hill within minutes of arriving. He very patiently walked me through how I should adjust my wheels as the car was being winched out. Slight issue with detaching the equipment from my car. We worked through the issue and the car was unscathed throughout the whole process from start to finish. Very thankful that TCTS sent this young man to help us out!! Pricing was very reasonable. If I ever need a tow again, definitely calling on TCTS to help out again.”
