“If I could, I would give First Choice 10 stars! The price ccouldn't be beat. Very reasonable. And the service was stellar! When I called for the tow, the guy was apologetic that it was going to be an hour wait for a tow. We're in Minnesota and in a wind chill advisory. EVERYONE needs a tow right now. I knew that and really expected to have to wait a very long time for a tow. And to think this man was apologizing for a one hour wait. :-) And then the shocker... No sooner did I hang up and the tow was there wihin ten minutes of the phone call. WOW!!! The driver's name was Jon. He was sympathetic and kind. I drove with him to the servicing center. He did a great job putting me at ease. This isn't only the First Choice; It's the only choice.”
