Iris and Fasia have been very helpful at the concierge desk in the evenings with helping me retrieve my packages, and keeping the building secure and safe! I love and enjoy being a resident here. The wine down Wednesday is such a perk along with the grab and go breakfast! The team work so hard to put this together in the morning. Big shoutout to Lisa for being so kind in the morning! HQ is a wonderful community to love at because the team make it worth wild!”
“? Management was great; maintenance was great!?♂️ Lots of shared amenities such as a gym, indoor and outdoor pool, tennis court, party/event space, sauna and tanning room.? Above ground parking is free and not reserved and there is plenty of space so you can easily invite friends over and they should easily find a spot to park. Underground parking is available with monthly payment.? The building was built in the late 20th century; not new but you get a lot of square footage for what you pay for.?♂️This is a great option if you are looking for a place to live without a car. (Just be careful of the heavy traffic around 66th/York.) Being by the Southdale business area, there are lots of businesses nearby within walking distance ranging from economic options to luxury options (Galleria). Cub Foods is within a 10-minute walk and soon Kowalski's will open and be another 10-minute walk option. Also, Rosland Park is nearby and very nice!? There is a large transit center also 10 minutes away by walking which can take you both to downtown/Uptown, to the Mall of America and to the southern suburbs. Also, there is an express bus (578) that stops right in front of Edina Towers which will take you downtown in 20 minutes (skips traffic by using HOV lane) - (1 in the morning and 2 in afternoon).”

“Maintenance at Central Park West does a great job. They come in fast, do it right the first time, clean up after themselves and leave a note that it was done. Perfect.The manager, Zach is also great. Friendly, efficient, solves issues promptly. A friend also recently gave the new leasing staff high marks, appreciating her polite demeanor and professional appearance.Inside, you have high ceilings, huge windows, great units. The pool is one of the nicest in the area, with hotel style outdoor cabanas. Superior fitness facilities and the beautiful top floor deck of the lounge complete the picture. It’s like a glam hotel meets a lovely apartment community.I’ve been so spoiled by this place, even nice hotels don’t compare.”
“I don’t live here, but my car was robbed last night, and some of my belongings were dumped at this apartment. The nighttime security guard was nice enough to call me, leave me a voice message, and meet me at 4 AM to collect what was left in my belongings. He didn’t owe me anything as I am not a resident, but made such an awful situation a little bit better. I cannot thank him enough : )”

“I have lived here with my fiancé for over a year and a half now. We both love it here! It's in a perfect location right between uptown and St Louis Park, the building is new and gorgeous, and management is great! Maintenance requests are completed very quickly, management is responsive, and there are occasional fun events for residents. The only downside is that we have had a bike stolen and someone stole $600 worth of items from our car. Although it's a locked garage, people still manage to get in. Management was good, however, about reaching out to corporate and getting a security guard to watch the garages at night.”

5201 E River Rd # 308, Fridley“I resided in the 1729 Grand apartment for 12 years and I had an excellent experience throughout. The building manager was very responsive, professional, and exceedingly friendly (just had to send an email and the problem would get fixed immediately), fixtures in the apartment were kept up to date, the hallways and facilities were always kept very clean, and the grounds were tended to and beautified. Finally, in all my 12 years, my rent rarely went up and when it did so it was very very marginally for normal reasons at a normal and expected rate. I really loved this apartment and the building management. Thank you Kleinman!”
“Marty on the maintenance crew is incredible. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to finding solutions (even when he did not create the problems). We had an issue with a water leak in our bathroom and he was quick to help and resolve an unrelated sink clog. He is wonderful!”

7400 Oak Park Village Dr, St Louis Park“Me and my husband lived here for almost three years. We just recently moved out after buying our first home. We would highly recommend. Cannot beat the location! We loved being able to take our dog on walks around the ample walking paths right outside our door. It is surrounded by all the grocery stores one would need along with being surrounded by amazing food! Park Tavern, Wok in the Park, Mexican City Cafe, Britos Burrito, Ariana Kabob & Gyro, and Angel Food were among our favorites and all were within walking distance or a short few minute drive. Our place was just what we needed. Having a garage is so nice that many apartments in the area don't provide. Overall such a great experience and would highly recommend this complex to anyone!”
“Having lived in other apartments in Loring Park, this is the best I've found! The building is clearly stunning and historic from the outside and I absolutely love my unit. It is spacious, loft style, high ceilings and is more unique than the majority of apartments I had toured. Feels much more like a "home" than a cheap apartment unit. The building is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. I've never had noise issues with neighbors or otherwise, which is especially surprising with my unit being right off the main lobby. Management has always been friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. There is a small, but beautiful rooftop area and the location in Loring Park is central to literally everything. I truly love living here!”

I have had No problems with my apartment and when I did they came out with and fixed the problem, and when the fire ? happened in 2023 I was living in apartment 259 where the fire happened, they didn’t hesitate to get me in another apartment and now I live in apartment 227 the company was great to me

“The views and the apartments themselves are super nice! When moving in some things could have been cleaned better (considered two hours of my time were spent cleaning that day), but other than that I haven't had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is super timely and helpful. The management overall is helpful and kind. I wish there were more events put on, but I'm hoping with the new year those will begin. The gym has machines broken pretty frequently, which is a bummer. But the amenities are pretty well kept otherwise. The views of the city are definitely a selling point.”
