I need to speak with someone about a prescription and have been on hold for more than half an hour. The CVS automated system provided me information that was incorrect.

They have taken more than 3 days to fill a prescription I need now. Their automated system provided me with incorrect info. I called for help and have been on hold for more than 40 minutes.

This store has tanked since Mr Marshall and Mo left.Meds not ready when they say will be.That's my biggest complaint. The phone system malfunctions..eternal hold times. I feel sorry for the few people that work there
