The last two times, I have driven from Rochester because I trust Alex to get the job done right and get me everything I need. It's shocking he is not a manager, his customer service and knowledge of the ins and outs of products and services are top notch. Alex has always been extremely friendly and professional and always gotten me exactly what I needed and in a timely manner. My family and I will continue to either call in to talk to him specifically if we have any questions or we will drive an hour and a half both ways, out of our way, to come purchase products with him. “I brought an iPad from work here today to be repaired. He did a great job. He fixed it in a timely manner. He was polite. I got my iPad back the same day I brought it in. It only took about 2 hours to repair. The price for my fix was reasonable. I would use this company again.”

The young lady was shocked and scared it was embarrassing .”
“I signed up at Costco, for the phone trade-in for the iPhone 15. After spending over three frustrating and confusing hours mostly about getting the iPhone 15 ready, they said I could get it set up at an AT&T store which solved my problems very well. My biggest issue at the AT&T store was the high price for accessories I purchased there.”
“The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is because if Matt. He stayed well past close to make sure my wife’s new phone worked properly before leaving the store. He was super knowledgeable and informative and helped us with a million questions. Thank you Matt!But, I do not recommend working with Laura. She was obviously waaaayyyy too busy talking Spanish to these five guys, convincing them to all get either new phones or cases or whatever to help us out. We waited for one hour or more (after being told it was going to be 20 minutes) to get helped. This lady knew there were other customers waiting, but she had to flirt with these five guys to convince them that they needed all this stuff.I do not recommend ever dealing with her. Obviously she only cares about getting a sale and not about the customers; unlike Matt!”

“The technician was eligible and helped service the account accordingly. Unfortunately, the service that was needed we needed (order a phone that wasn’t available in store) through the app so that way we could still have a device and order the new one that we wanted to get. But he still took the time and walked us through everything to place the order that needed to be done.”

“Loved it! Went with my best friend! Lots of things they had that Costco didn't have! The only downside was that some of the store smelt like rotten eggs! But other than that it didn't take away from the experience! They had great low prices on items! Decent variety of different types of things! The store was easy to get around and locate things. It didn't overwhelm me the way Costco does. It wasn't too big or too small of a store. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE SCAN AND GO OPTION! Costco doesn't have the option so you have to wait in a long ass line! But the option to scan and go is there at sam's! It makes things, fast, and convient! Just all around a great first impression. I love how offend Sam's has instant savings on things as well! Sam's club is very underratted tbh. The only thing I wanna add is that they don't really have a big selection for cats and I'm feeling my pet is being left out! But other than that it's amazing!”
