“I had my brakes done about a year ago. I started noticing the steering wheel shaking whenever I braked. I took it in and they had determined the the rotors had warped. Without any reservations, they replaced the entire brake job without cost the same day.That is a sign of good service!”
“We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

“First time using them. We were caught in the tornados down in Arkansas this spring. Unfortunately, our 2 week old truck was hit by a tree and caused substantial damage. Jayden was great! He was straight forward with timelines. He under promised and over delivered every time! he never made promises he could not keep. Picked up my new repaired truck and it still had a new car smell! “Not only did I do business here, I worked for these people. Aside from being among the finest humans (not employers) I have run across in life, They taught me some very important lessons:
Lead from the bottom, give them what they need: Don't only lead your people, but take on the most difficult and dirty tasks yourselves. Not only to set the finest example, but to leave your highly talented staff in a position to put their "Heart into their Art". I believe every Tech who has worked here likely feels similar. That's why the guys I worked with a decade ago are still there after I moved away. And they the best, being distributed jobs by specialty
Keep some parts on hand to keep things rolling and reduce customer inconvenience and make things happen. Keep tooling and shop updated, supplied, and current to help customers and employees both . Things a shop owner doesn't "Have" to do.....,
Try on your customers shoes: You aren't advising for your businesses' financials, Advise your customers as if you were in their position and writing that check . They pay you for THAT knowledge.
How does this relate to you getting your car fixed here?? A strong foundation makes a steady house. Good ethics and procedures flow throughout.

“Dan was fantastic, very professional and honest.
I rushed into his shop late one night when my car started shaking and wobbling down the road. Dropped my keys with a note in the box and crossed my fingers.
I thought for sure it would be something terrible. The next day he had it looked over by his mechanic and got back to me with in a couple of hours of the shop opening and let me know it was mechanically sound, just that my tires were splitting causing the wobble. He offered me a very fair rate for a new set and could get me back on the road safely in a matter of hours. He also explained the status of my brake pads and gave me a fair rate to fix them as well, but was honest in telling me I would be safe to wait a little bit. I ended up getting my tires taken care of by their warranty at a tire shop, and waiting on the brake repair.
He wrote up an invoice for me so I would know what was recommended and didn’t charge me for the rushed diagnosis, I am so thankful to have found such a great auto shop and will be keeping them in mind for the future!”
