The aging complex has a fair amount of deferred maintenance inside and outside, but progress is being made. Reviews note both positive and negative experiences. However, the maintenance staff receives frequent praise, described as awesome, great, friendly, professional, and prompt. They fix problems promptly and easily, providing peace of mind. Maintenance worker was very efficient and very nice explaining things. He also left the work very neat. The dishwasher isn’t fixed but this is an ongoing problem as 3 different maintenance workers have looked at it.
