“Lived here twice. September 2019 to May 2021, and again May 2022 to present. Clearly, I love this spot. The big windows can get cold and icy on the frame in the winter, but that's not a big enough complaint to knock it down at all. Love the greenway and the neighborhood. The location can't be beat.”

“I’ve had a pleasant experience at the Station on Washington. Aside from a couple of very minor issues (such as a couple of internet outages early in the leasing term and a time when maintenance came to fix something but didn’t) I’ve had just about no complaints in the few months I’ve been here so far. The building is rather nice (including the apartments themselves, with only a few scratches, minor damages like a light out of place, or such when I moved in) and the people who work in the office are all very nice. I’ve had several good conversations with the front desk people and they are always helpful. It’s a great apartment for my current situation.”
“Felt like home when I toured. So happy with my decision to move to Excelsior and Grand last year. Love my apartment and the community here. Marie in the office has been so sweet and kind!”
“best management!! they r good at what they do and super friendly. they r very caring and r quick to fixing things.its been a month since i moved and im so happy i chose such a nice place.i think they could have a better bike storage but there is one is the basement parking lot and one above ground.overall i love the quiet neighborhood”

“I lived with my partner for one year at 3020 On the Rail. I can't recommend them enough. The building is at a great location, the management is very kind and they respond very quickly to maintenance requests. Also, the apts. are in great conditions and they are very spacious.”

“Maintenance at Central Park West does a great job. They come in fast, do it right the first time, clean up after themselves and leave a note that it was done. Perfect.The manager, Zach is also great. Friendly, efficient, solves issues promptly. A friend also recently gave the new leasing staff high marks, appreciating her polite demeanor and professional appearance.Inside, you have high ceilings, huge windows, great units. The pool is one of the nicest in the area, with hotel style outdoor cabanas. Superior fitness facilities and the beautiful top floor deck of the lounge complete the picture. It’s like a glam hotel meets a lovely apartment community.I’ve been so spoiled by this place, even nice hotels don’t compare.”
“I recently moved in and my initial impressions of my unit were unfavorable as the contractors neglected to adequately clean or prepare the unit for my occupancy. However Missy and the diligent maintenance personnel promptly attended to all my concerns. Their swift and effective resolutions alleviated all my initial apprehensions to the apartment and made me feel heard and welcome.”
“Jeremiah was incredibly fast in fixing our sink problem and I appreciated his communication on timing.Additionally, we recently had a request completed by Mark to help resolve an issue with our smart thermostat installation (but I didn’t receive a link for review). Mark was incredibly thorough and generous with his time - tried a few options before finding a solution and completed the work in a single day instead of coming back. “I don’t live here, but my car was robbed last night, and some of my belongings were dumped at this apartment. The nighttime security guard was nice enough to call me, leave me a voice message, and meet me at 4 AM to collect what was left in my belongings. He didn’t owe me anything as I am not a resident, but made such an awful situation a little bit better. I cannot thank him enough : )”
“I’ve lived in a lot of places. There is no perfect place to live but The Springs at Egan Drive is great. They have a pool that is so fun in the summer and really builds a sense of community. They have valet garbage and the front desk staff is always attentive and efficient with any questions or concerns. I could have moved a year ago but I decided to stay because my kids love it here and it’s in such a great location. I will probably stay here for a while. It’s so beautiful in the summer too. The landscaping is magical and my balcony at The Springs my favorite place to be as the sun goes down on a warm summer evening.”
“I have lived here with my fiancé for over a year and a half now. We both love it here! It's in a perfect location right between uptown and St Louis Park, the building is new and gorgeous, and management is great! Maintenance requests are completed very quickly, management is responsive, and there are occasional fun events for residents. The only downside is that we have had a bike stolen and someone stole $600 worth of items from our car. Although it's a locked garage, people still manage to get in. Management was good, however, about reaching out to corporate and getting a security guard to watch the garages at night.”

For us it was very important to know the apartment well before moving, that it had good finishes, it is perfect for each of our needs and she did not give all the options, we are really very satisfied and eager to move next month. “The views and the apartments themselves are super nice! When moving in some things could have been cleaned better (considered two hours of my time were spent cleaning that day), but other than that I haven't had any issues with the apartment. Maintenance is super timely and helpful. The management overall is helpful and kind. I wish there were more events put on, but I'm hoping with the new year those will begin. The gym has machines broken pretty frequently, which is a bummer. But the amenities are pretty well kept otherwise. The views of the city are definitely a selling point.”
“I moved into my apartment at Diamond Lake Properties (DLP), Minneapolis in 1994. In November of this year, I will have lived in my “apartment home” for the last 28 years. It has been a wonderful place to live and the location is perfect. Being close to a drug store, grocery store, gas station, bus route, restaurants, and freeways is a big plus living at DLP too.Over the years we have had numerous apartment managers. All have been very good, but I have to say, Tracy who is here now, may be the best manager yet. When things need to be fixed, Tracy listens and gets it done. I hope she never leaves!The driveway from the street to the parking lot in the back of the building and the parking lot itself has had potholes develop over the last year or so. The daily traffic from the parking lot to the street and our Minnesota winters have not helped matters. But recently, both the driveway and the parking lot were repaved and restriped! Thank you to the owner of Diamond Lake Properties for fixing our parking lot!”
“I loved living at the Camerata and was a resident for almost 2 years. We lived in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment on the second floor and paid about $1900 monthly total for one car underground and pet rent from 2021-2023. Maintenance was quick to respond (they live in Hoigaard Village too), rent felt fair, and the amenities were great. It was nice that all amenities at all buildings were accessible to any resident. The underground parking was awesome, even though sometimes there’s trouble with the fob system. The pool at the Camerata can get really busy and parties happen during the summer but everyone is friendly and inviting. Management changed hands while we were there but Kelly was there the whole time we were, and she was lovely to work with. I recommend living here to friends & family who are looking in the area. You’ll love it here.Pro tip: moving takes a LOT of effort in these buildings because they’re so big (especially the Camerata), so hire movers. You will absolutely get your money’s worth.”
“Having lived in other apartments in Loring Park, this is the best I've found! The building is clearly stunning and historic from the outside and I absolutely love my unit. It is spacious, loft style, high ceilings and is more unique than the majority of apartments I had toured. Feels much more like a "home" than a cheap apartment unit. The building is surprisingly quiet, which is a huge plus. I've never had noise issues with neighbors or otherwise, which is especially surprising with my unit being right off the main lobby. Management has always been friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns. There is a small, but beautiful rooftop area and the location in Loring Park is central to literally everything. I truly love living here!”
