“The Apple Valley location has really nice staff. They always greet with a smile and set me off away in a good mood. If you join, you get a gift and it changes every month. If you in your old banks card and checks you get $5. When your family joins they also get gifts. They have an app where you can deposit your checks with pictures and Zelle anyone which reduces my phone space. They have been nice enough to forgive overdrafts fees when my work had direct deposit issues. They also have overdraft protection where they just charge you 22.00 for overdrafts.”
“Excellent bank for business and realestate investment accounts. Small town feel and all the online features. Have 10 plus accounts with Tradition. Offer interest and other in progressive benefits that previous banks did not offer.”
“Everything is very good whenever I go to deposit money or use the ATM but today 4-16-2024 4:10pm the kosher lady described me only because she was serving other customers before me, she was 30 feet away and a So she spoke to me in a very bad way, telling me to stay away. This is not the first time that the same person treats me like that. She is also Latina. The other staff there are super polite and always treat me with respect.”
“Above and beyond service and experience with banker Devon, who called a minimum of 3 different people to help with my credit card issue that the general customer service line seemed hapless to solve. Devon spent more than 30 minutes solving the problem for me and I can now use my card that had been mistakenly deactivated.Highly recommend this branch to anyone with banking needs. The tellers are always friendly & welcoming.I feel they value me as a customer when I come into the Edina Branch. Great location for me. I use Bill Pay & the drive thru - the ATM is very convenient! I have recommended Wings to many friends. Wings is NOT one of those 'predatory lenders'! Very refreshing.”

“I just had a 5-Star customer service encounter with Sarah Schaekel, the Branch Manager at RCU Edina location . Despite a technical hang up due to a rain storm in the area, she got me what I needed to process an insurance check — saving me much hassle and an out-of-the-way journey to another branch. And she was so friendly! It was an old-school banking experience in the best definition of that term. ??”
“Oliva Ortiz was awesome! I came in with my daughter to set her up with her first checking account. The branch was busy but Oliva set aside something she was working on to help us. She explained everything thoroughly and succinctly. She made sure my daughter understood the responsibilities associated with having a bank account. It was nice to see that level of customer service at a big bank.”

“Just purchased two fabulous ribeye steaks.I will be making Steak au Poivre for Christmas Eve.First time trying this recipe. The meal turned out like I was a 5 star chef. Holy cow it was good.However I think those two ribeyes made the meal.Juicy, flavorful, almost as good as the butter knife steak at a famous Minneapolis steak house.Sounds like I’m bragging, but that meal was excellent.Please look at the pictures I’ve posted.Believe it or not, the taste was better than the pictures. And the pictures look pretty good.”
