I took my Samsung TV to Sam and I can only say that he was very helpful in sorting my TV out. He mentioned that it wasn't the TV, but the Samsung One Connect cable that was faulty. He didn't sell the cable but made multiple recommendations where to source it for the best price. My TV is functional now and his diagnostic fee was well worth the money. Keep up the great work!”

“I'm pretty stingy with my 5 stars ? But the experience here is always great and this week with Technician Kordell was no different. He thought it was a bad battery on my 3-year-old pixel 5. So he ordered a new one which came the next day, and he installed it with no problem within an hour. It was definitely the battery and I'm really satisfied. I like that he thoroughly explained diagnosis in terms I understood, offered tips for keeping battery healthy, very friendly but professional.”

“Absolute Sound Labs reputation for repairing and restoring vintage McIntosh equipment is legendary!!! So much so I’ve shipped my preamp all the way from Canada for restoration because they’re the only ones I trust. Evan and Brendan have been super friendly and helpful, and when they're so busy and don’t get back to me right away I stay persistent and bug them until we re-connect… no big deal. I see a couple of poor reviews here that leave me scratching my head… Perhaps these reviewers have never run a super busy business before, people are imperfect and sometimes make mistakes, so you have to look at the big picture judging the overall body of work if you want to leave a fair and objective review. Also I know from experience that McIntosh owners are notoriously particular (like Volvo owners lol), and often very hard to please so I strongly suggest if you love your McIntosh and only want the very best people working on it then ignore the grumpy reviews and trust Absolute Sound Labs. If you want your email returned immediately maybe this place isn’t for you, but if you want the best techs in the business making your McIntosh better than new then this is the only place to go. FYI like I said I’m from Canada, and Evan is known all over the world as one of the very best McIntosh restorers. I can’t wait to get mine back… 5 fist bumps from me??????????Update to my review 2 weeks ago, I just had a lengthy chat with Evan over the phone, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more generous with his time. “ONLY PLACE in the Twin Cities that was both willing and able to repair my KitchenAid stand mixer! I have been calling around to several different appliance repair shops for weeks trying to see if anyone could fix it, and kept getting met with rejection after rejection. I was about to throw the dang thing away, when finally I was pointed in the direction of this place, and they were able to get the job done within 2 days, no problem! This saved me the hundreds of dollars it would've taken to get a newer model that I don't even like as much as the one I've had for over ten years. Very satisfied with the results, and very reasonably priced!”

“I scheduled a repair and the tech called and canceled the appointment saying my phone was not repairable.I had to call asurion and argue with customer support because the tech marked my phone as needing replaced. Finally they rescheduled.The new tech assigned was a 100 out of 10! She was prompt, polite and very professional throughout. She stated that nothing about my phone was not repairable and took care of every issue with ease. She had everything needed and used great communication throughout the visit. I was very impressed. Joanna is in my opinion someone to model other employees after and definitely deserves recognition. Even how she said the tech was wrong for not even looking at the phone or communicating better to verify the concern was without insulting the other tech and she did not just make excuses. She apologized for that expierence and said let's get you taken care of.She made the expierence much better and took charge and fixed my phone I'm using now to write this review.Again, I could not be more grateful or impressed with Joanna and her level of professionalism!”

“This review is about my cracked screen for my Samsung Fold phone. I filed a claim, and the nearest location for Minneapolis was Richfield on Lyndale Avenue. Now I know what you are thinking, I didn't have a choice of locations. I did. Three years ago for a different phone, they took care of me.With that said, I am happy to say this was my second satisfied experience. This location is north of HYW494 in a court of shops, businesses, and restaurants on Lyndale Avenue.My phone is complicated, so normally these questions are asked. Did you drop your phone? No. Was it dropped in a liquid? No. Was there anything you did to break your phone? No. It was simple, my screen cracked about 1 inch from the bottom of the fold of the phone. After filing my claim and taking it to be fixed, the uBreakiFix team confirmed the status of my phone and said this would be taken care of.I know this was a long-winded story to make sure John and Christian (uBreakiFix experts) are taken care of. Because of them, my experience was spectacular. They were kind, patient, thorough, experienced, etc. Also, they sent me a personal text with the status of my phone and when it was fixed. When I arrived to pick up my phone, they were happy to see me and explained what they did to fix my screen. I know this sounds unreal. Why would they show so much care? I don't know.
