“Polite, professional, knowledgeable, and kind! These words come to mind as I think of our experience at Terry’s. At 3:30 on a Thursday, we were 20 miles from home and hearing strange noises, so had pulled off the highway and noticed some fluid under the front bumper, too. We needed reassurance or warning about continuing our trek. Terry assessed the situation and willingly cut off the cracked exterior piece of front fender that was flapping and rubbing against the wheel. Then he looked under the hood and discovered transmission fluid hose is slightly leaking but we had enough fluid still in the tank to safely get home. We were relieved and very thankful to find an honest mechanic at the last minute in our time of need!!!!!!”

“I normally go to another dealership for service but when my Explorer broke down by Eden Prairie I called metro ford. they got me in the very next day once I got it towed and my husband was blown away he said they gave him the red carpet treatment even though we did not buy it there nor was a regular customer!!! he says if they treat strangers this well he can only imagine what their long time customers get. they fixed it same day - done right 1st time. reasonable bill. this is the place to go if you have ford that needs care on west side of town.”

“First-time buying a new car. Sales agent Zach was very helpful in finding a car that fit my needs at the right price and financing package. Unfortunately, the wait time to complete the financing was very long and I hadn't eaten at all that day before I arrived. By the time I got in the financing office, I was so hungry and thirsty I couldn't think straight. I got into the financing office, it was presented in such a way that it seemed like the deal I worked out with Zack wasn't an option and I had to accept a bunch of services I didn't want or need. By the time I got home and ate I was beside myself. Fortunately, the manager, Kurt was willing to work with me to correct the mistakes made while I was crazy from hunger and exhaustion. Ultimately I am very happy with my new car and its price.”
“Great all around. Super impressed with the service department in finding the issue/problem with my 2015 Silverado and then getting me in contact with David Sowers. When arrived at Suburban Chevrolet David introduced me to Ethan and my wife and I were treated unbelievably well. Ethan had 2 trucks for us to look at and test drive and fortunately we loved the one we eventually purchased. Ethan then introduced us to Steve in finance with also went very smooth. I believe we arrived at Suburban around 6:15 pm and by 8:30 pm we were driving our 2023 Diesel Silverado home. Thank you! All of you from the service department (Austin) to sales (David & Ethan) to finance (Steve) treated us extremely well and we are extremely satisfied with our purchase.”

“My son and I were on a cross country trip from Seattle to Boston when the purge valves on the emissions system of our 2004 Subaru Forester failed. We were just outside of Minneapolis and based on other reviews opted to try and see if TGK in Eden Prarie could squeeze us in on short notice so we could continue on our journey. I called late in the afternoon on a Wednesday and the shop agreed to see if they could resolve or issues the following morning. I dropped the care off at 8am. Check in was smooth as all of the information from the call the night before was in the appointment. By 10 am the diagnostic had been done and I was sent an inspection report and estimate for the needed repairs and recommendations for some others. I called the shop and and after a brief discussion with the service advisor I approved the necessary repairs and they assured me the repairs would be completed by the end of the business day. I have worked in auto repair for the past 26 years and the report I was sent was by far the most professional I have ever seen. Thorough and understandable with digital photos no less. Around 4:30pm I received another text and email advising that the repairs were completed. After a brief text exchange I was sent a link to pay the bill online and arranged to pick up the car after hours. After a full day of taking in the Mall of America and doing my best to keep up with an 18 year old on all of the rides in the amusement area we took a Lyft back to Eden Prairie and picked up our car. The repairs were all completed as detailed on the report and we happily motored on to Boston without further mechanical trouble. My only regret is that we live in Alaska and my son is attending college in Boston so it is unlikely that we'll be able to use TGK for repairs in the future. Our experience with TGK - Eden Prairie couldn't have gone any better.”
