You cannot have worse service than this. Do not bother calling. The automated helper is terrible, I was hung up multiple times. Also, never got an email updating me that package was there.

UPS sucks. They don't even try to deliver the package and just leave the dumb tag then lie out their teeth about when you will get your package.
