“Note: this post office is not connected to the airport at all in any way. If you arrive at Terminal 1 before all the lanes split, you must follow signs for Hotel. that will get you to this post Office. Or as someone at the post office pointed out, you can navigate to Post Road. The line was really long at this time of year but I give 5 stars because I support postal workers ?”
“This is an incredible post office and passport office. Christian was incredible. The care and kindness each and every visitor was exceptional! He was professional, patient and knowledgeable.”

“This has to be the nicest USPS I've ever seen with engaging, polite employees. The lobby was clean and very well stocked. After using the self-service kiosk I started browsing (who browses in the post office) and the employees engaged in conversation with me and gave me tips for the best packaging for my shipping needs. The people who work at this location should be recognized for the pride their customer service and obvious pride they take in their work.”
“Busy spot, but most staff does their best to move the line. Sheila rocks.White “hamper” bin on far wall in line is for prepaid boxes that don’t need receipts - wish you could dump those packages thru a wall slot (like envelopes) instead of sort of cutting line to drop off.”
“This post office is old, so. Times hard to drive into, and just does look that inviting, BUT it alway is filled with people and the staff here is efficient and effective.”
“Great service, my only suggestion would be to allow more hours during the day to access the PO boxes. Making the PO boxes available at 7am would be very helpful.”
“I love DJ and George! I am here dropping off packages for my small business daily. They are the best and they truly work so hard!! One time I forgot to put a label on my package and it miraculously showed back up at my house. These guys care❤️they deserve raises and more help!!”

“Very nice people work here. While I was in line here a police officer in uniform that had about five Christmas gifts to send and let me and my daughter go ahead of him❤️ this is a small Rosemount store but it is small and cozy”
“I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office ? to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)”
“I had a sender put the wrong address on a package and they found the box and I received it the next day! This post office is on it! They are always so friendly and helpful when I have a problem!”
“Love this post office all because of the one lighter haired woman who seems to always be working! She always has ideas about how to save money on shipping costs - and despite being the only working (generally with a decent line of folks) she always is kind and has a smile for everyone. I’ve never experienced any issues or abnormally long wait times.”

“Alice, the clerk assisting me was a sweetheart. This office can get very busy, especially in the afternoon and evening hours. People always seem to put the post office last on their things to do. Myself included.”

“There was a customer in front of me that was really upset that he didn’t get his package and the worker was trying to send the customer away and then another postal worker overheard the conversation and found his package. I guess I don’t understand why customer had to raise his voice to be understood. I also don’t understand why one worker knew where the package was and the other didn’t.When it was finally my turn for service, the other gal didn’t have packing tape I could use for the postal box I was using but I was able to purchase package tape. She was kind and made up for engagement I witnessed from the other employees”
