I bought a battery about a year ago but lost the receipt and the battery developed a bad cell and needed to be replaced. I spoke to Deanna on the phone and brought the battery in and she tested it, verified it had a bad cell and replaced the battery without an issue at no cost to me. I highly recommend this store
