“I do most of my banking online. When I do need to go into a physical branch, I choose this one. I've been in here several times to buy foreign currency for travel. They're always incredibly helpful, amazingly knowledge, and extreamly kind. I appreciate being able to go into a bank and know that I'm not going to have an unpleasant experience. Donna came up with a good rate and the process of setting up a credit union account to become a member was swift and easy. “Michael Phillips has been outstanding with his service from personally assisting and closing a HELOC for us, to quickly responding to questions via email or phone, to assisting with transfers that had been a little challenging. Whenever I go into the Eagan office to see Michael it's as if I'm walking into Cheers where everybody knows your name. If you want top drawer service, ask for Michael.The new website upgrade related to their digital banking is a nice improvement with easy to read and find summary details on all of our accounts and with just a click the ability to drill down into the details. I've been with Wings for close to 10 years I think and they are sooooo much better than Wells Fargo where every time I went in, and it was often because they were my business banking institution, there was a complete bevy of new faces behind the counter because the turnover was so high.”

“This is a nice credit union and employees are decent. Used it only a few times to get money from my Navy Federal bank account. Navy Federal and this branch have to "tie in" with each other which helps me manage my Navy Federal account being Navy Federal doesn't have a physical presence in Minnesota. The only problem I had with Affinity is with the previous homeowner that had the house I bought. He had an account with Affinity and never closed it. I had to take this guy's ATM card, bank statements, etc. to the bank and tell them this guy no longer lives at my home, and moved out of state. It took many times going there before they stopped sending this guy's personal banking stuff to my address. Other than that Affinity has been great.”
“My wife and I have a joint savings account with this location of U.S. Bank which is handy for cashing checks. Employees have been great for the most part. The drive thru is another issue that seems odd. Only one line is open at times which is the commercial lane, and not sure why the other lanes are closed? I remember only one time they had two lanes opened.”
“My Mom uses this branch for her banking needs, and has done so for over 20 years. From my experience with this bank found it to be a mixed bag on performance. This branch is short staffed and long lines do happen in the lobby. Most employees me and my Mom have dealt with thus far have been professional and courteous. My Mom is hearing impaired is why I help her with her transactions.
My Mom has a safe deposit box there as well. I have access to it and found the procedure to access it easy without issues. One time my Mom cashed in about $13,000 in Series E Treasury bonds that she and my late father saved during their military careers, and the bank manager did the procedure herself being the older bonds needed a special machine to process them. She (bank manager) was very helpful and professional about it all as it did take about an hour to process all the bonds.
The only thing I ding this branch on is it's drive thru as only a few lanes are open at any given time which causes unnecessary long lines in my opinion. Otherwise, I would say my experience with this branch has been okay at best.”
