1832 W Superior St, Duluth“We got a super last minute reservation during a weekend in July and were so excited to stay!! We loved everything, location is perfect, check in/checkout is easy & parking is great too. So many fun places to shop, eat & drink at in a walking distance and of course close to Canal if you’re a true tourist lol. My only “complaint” is the dog fee. $99 seems a little steep for our very chill pup! Happy to have a getaway though, we’ll be back! ❤️”
“Very nice place. Didn't like the grab and go breakfast as you had to go outside or back to room to eat; however, did have a nice fully equipped kitchenette. Views unparalleled with lake view.”

600 E Superior St, Duluth“If you like old school charm with a history then you will certainly enjoy the Fitgers Inn. My grandfather worked there when it was a brewery so I have a strong connection. Scott and his team will make you feel welcome at a great price. The Fitgers Mall has some very nice shops and dining which won't hurt your bank balance. Travel to Duluth, enjoy the lake and lake walk you won't regret the trip.”

250 Canal Park Dr, Duluth“Beautiful hotel and a wonderful location. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good. I loved that they had pancakes instead of waffles. It's right on the lake and the sun and moon rises are amazing. The fire pit outside was great.
Nearby activities: There is so much to do within walking distance”
“Comfortable, clean, and a pancake making conveyor belt! Always a good stay here. Have really good snacks and only a few minutes from anything you want to do in Duluth.”

1033 Minnesota Ave, Duluth“Went for our 20th Wedding Anniversary. Got a suite and it could not be more perfect for us. Very nice spacious room, very clean. The views were great overlooking the harbor, the balcony was great. The hotel staff were excellent. The breakfast in the morning was really nice. We will be returning here.”
“Friendly staff, easy to get checked in and out, pricing is reasonable and the location is terrific. If you just want some quick wings, Buffalo Wild Wings is an easy walk to go pickup an order. If you're looking to eat over at the Miller Hill Mall however, I'd suggest driving despite how close it is. That's a really busy road and you'll get across it much easier to find your food of choice.Rooms: Clean, comfy, had everything I would expect for the stay. Nothing luxurious about it, but they do a nice job making it super livable.Nearby activities: Poke up the road a little bit and check out Skyline Social and Games. They've got bowling, volleyball, duckpin, arcades, multiple bar areas and good food! It's a must-visit when I'm in Hermantown.Walkability: Easy to get to Buffalo Wild Wings by foot, outside of that I would suggest you drive. Miller Hill Mall is close enough to walk, but once you go down the hill you'll be waiting forever to try to cross a BUSY highway 53”

7408 Grand Ave, Duluth“Rooms were clean and comfortable. Trail access right behind the motel. Free zoo pass for 4. The bikes are available for rent now. Not free. I look forward to staying here again next year.”
“As is typically true for Wyndham properties, we got a good value on a decent room with great service. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars, is the lack of a hot tub in the pool area. That's something to which my wife looks forward on each trip.”
“Great place to stay! Great location. Both bedrooms were large. The sauna was perfect after a chilly day of hiking. The added soaps and lotions etc were a nice treat. I will definitely stay again!”

1000 Minnesota Ave, Duluth“Great hotel, clean well appointed rooms and a short walk to canal park or the DECC from park point
Walkability: It's about a 10 minute walk over the lift bridge into the canal park area”
“I’ve stayed here twice while on motorcycle trips through Duluth. It’s right on the outskirts of town but you feel like you’re in the country. There’s nothing special about the rooms however, the place just feels like home. The only staff you’ll see is the person behind the front desk while checking in. She was very pleasant, helpful and gracious. It’s a $14 Uber ride to downtown if you’re looking for bars and restaurants.”

9330 W Skyline Pkwy, Duluth“Jonah and Cody (at the front desk) provided excellent customer service! The hotel is undergoing renovations and they went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay and that I had everything I needed. Thank you very much. I will recommend this place and stay again next time I’m in the area.”

200 S 27th Ave W, Duluth“We stayed there for one night on August 19 just to see the Arthur M Anderson coming to Duluth drove up from north eastern Iowa beds were comfy. AC was good and cold did have water pressure issues with the toilets however that issue was fixed. Staff was extremely friendly.”
“There was an employee named Bobby. I'm pretty sure he didn't leave the 2 nights we stayed for the air show. I have to say, he was an awesome employee. I believe he deserves a raise! Always smiling & happy to see us. We made a request or 2. He was always happy to help us. I'd stay again, especially if Bobby is there to help me!?Nearby activities: The air show was fun. I'd definitely will go again.”
“This place certainly isn’t perfect but I felt it was a great stay in a wonderful area of Duluth. The front desk was friendly and helpful, the hot tub was hot, and the breakfast had a nice selection. Yes, many of the rooms need a remodel but they’re not unlivable by any means and I’ve seen the same kind of room conditions (peeling paint, worn carpet) at the bigger chains where I’ve spent far more money on a room. We had everything we needed for the kitchen and bathroom, and when we needed pool towels the front desk got some to the pool area quickly. This place is historic and charming, I do hope the rooms and cleanliness of the elevator get some tlc but I also hope they keep the historic elements as well. Lots of great restaurants close!”
“Great customer service is the only reason for the 4 stars. Shout out to Eric (food & beverage), Paige, front desk & Josh, maintenance… you all need a raise! Although hotel had an update in 2015, it seriously needs another. Great revolving restaurant view up top. Many layers of paint can’t cover up a general air of dingy in the rooms and pool area. Tacky caution tape on broken sauna.Could not watch TV more than 20 minutes without loss of feed… yes we let front desk know and yes maintenance was called… they did their best but heard same issue from other guests. Hotel is aware of issue but apparently figures not worth fixing. For people who don’t go out for nightlife, tv is an important part of relaxing or SLEEPING. Staff took care of us but if management cared, continuous issue would be fixed.”
“This one of the most comfortable places I have ever been too. The location is amazing. Seeing the Lift Bridge outside your room is so beautiful to see. There is a hot tub in your room. Comfortable bathroom. Simple relaxing room. Small deck, but you really don't need a large one. You have easy access to Canal Park area. The breakfast may be simple. Easy things that are fresh and delicious. Fresh fruit. Greek yogurt. Fresh bakery goods from local bakerys, which are delicious. And amazing coffee. Stayed here one night and felt welcomed for a week. I recommend staying here for a very warm and inviting stay.Rooms: Small but very comfortable and everything you could ask for and more. This is the perfect room for a date night for any season. Plus location is perfect to go to any great dinner, bar, or social moments.”
