I loved my stay at the Enger Lofts. It was like I was staying in awesome apartment of a far-cooler friend. The convenience was excellent--great coffee shop downstairs, fun breweries in walking distance, great yoga studio right across the way. Loved it. Will be back.

Excellent! Immaculate room and exceptional customer service. I loved the coffee shop and marketplace downstairs, and they were so kind and communicated so well.

Enger Lofts is a remodeled historic building in the heart of Duluth's vibrant Lincoln Park Craft District. This sleek apartment and commercial complex is across the street from Bent Paddle Brewery, OMC Smokehouse, Dovetail Cafe, Corktown Deli & Brews, Love Creamery, and Frost River outdoors store.
The building offers commercial spaces, artist studios, lofts and vacation rentals in close proximity to retail, entertainment, outdoor access and dining. Each space contains at least one giant window, tall ceilings, and exposed aspects of the original building.
Tenant and guest parking is available in two paved lots off of W Michigan Street.
