“Exceeded all expectations! Harwoods completed work on my vehicle after an accident. They were first class from start to finish. They got me in same day for a initial quote and assessment. I sat in their amazing lobby and had a cup of coffee and enjoyed the treats they have - all completely unexpected but a very nice touch! They were informative and helpful with all aspects of the insurance handling without any issues. They got my car in for the work as soon as they could and when we picked up it was better than new! Great work, added attention to detail: they touched up a couple of other scratches not from the accident. The other huge surprise and evidence of quality, thorough work and customer care … they went the extra mile and detailed the interior of my car. I was shocked and very appreciative. Highly recommend!”

“Always clean. Receptionists tend to be sharp, familiar with common car questions, are the kinds of folks that’re hard for employers to find. My latest instance was remedied before I even got home so I was able to have my driver u-turn right back to the garage. All in, I was only without my car for about 18 minutes. “Oil, tires, alignment, I've had 'em do it all many times. Great service at a great price, and incredibly honest.When I bought my first car and was hard-up for cash I left it at Jaunich's once for the big three, and Steve called to tell me that my struts were kinda bent and that it couldn't align plumb and that it was causing the tires to wear uneven! They could've just done it and charged me, but instead got the oil done and rescheduled the other two to give me a bit to figure the struts out, as well as suggest a nearby mechanic.”

“I've been taking all 5 of my vehicles to Al's for many years. Al and Randy are excellent at finding difficult problems as well as taking care of general maintenance. I appreciate that they will attempt to save me money on my rusty old '03 GMC, yet put in the best products on my newer vehicles. Trustworthy, very easy to deal with, never oversell any services, reasonably priced, and have that "home town" feel when entering the shop.
