“These guys are awesome. Unfortunately, I've had to bring my car in a few times over the years but they always have a great fix and at a fair price. What I like about them the most is that I know NOTHING about vehicle repairs and they talk to me like old pals so I know what it was or how to maintain. “Dave, the owner of this place seems honest and hard working and incredibly good at what he does. I brought in a car that needed a solid assembly exhaust system connected together again after coming loose. My mechanic told me the new assembly would cost $985 parts and labor. He recommended I find someone who can weld the system back together instead. I found Dave. He quoted me $85 over the phone and said if I could leave the car with him he'd have it done by the end of the day. Picked up the car at the end of the day and he only wanted $65. Saved me over $900. It's too bad he only does radiators and exhaust systems. I'd use him for everything. Anyways, go see Dave, if you need the two things he does and don't bother looking for anyone else.”

“My experience here was excellent. They are great guys, the work this business did on my hail damage was 100% perfect, truck looks brand new. I initially brought it to Monticello Auto Body, that place was terrible, they set appt with me after work and when I got there I was told hail guy is off today are bad, then went to Harrod Paintless Dent Repair Albertville, MN, the location is a very small old car wash port, no place for my Daughter to wait with me, we sat outside 105 degree weather they never told us about this, the Owner was not polite at all. So gave M & J Collision a call, they got me in right away, went over the process, set a time, they followed thru with the time and got my truck back even faster than expected. “My beat up 2010 Chevy Traverse was really acting strange. Every time I would get gas and try to start the car it would rumble and shake like an earthquake. Wray Automotive fixed it in a jiffy! There was some obscure valve thing that they knew about and got fixed for me at a fair price. Thanks Wray Auto!”

“I called them in desperation because I was 40 miles from home and my car was making awful noises, and they were the first repair place to show up on my search. They told me to come right over, and they found the problem and spent a long time fixing it (it was quite involved and they had to get parts). They kept me updated every step, and they treated the other customers who came and went while I was there with great respect. If they weren't so far from home I'd bring all my business there.”

“We had seen a vehicle we wanted to try shown on their website, the vehicle was sold when we got there but Chad thought they had one coming in, he checked and it had just been dropped off. We were able to look at the interior and made an appointment to come back the next day and take it for a ride, it was Chad's day off but he came in for us, we loved the vehicle so we purchased it, Chad was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, he explained things very well. The process of them looking at our vehicle giving us a trade in value went very smooth, the whole process was very smooth and not a high pressure sales. Purchasing vehicles in the past have not always been pleasant but this was a very pleasant experience and I would recommend Chad Robertson if you are looking for a great salesman.”

“Having had a Jeep and knowing a couple of the Ryan brothers, I definitely wanted to prioritize using their service department. Overall, the experience working with them has been a good one over the last 8 years. The service team at Ryan is fast, courteous, and knowledgeable. There are areas of improvement to be made: the service managers could be more kind/patient with their customers; the completeness of the job, as often times small things are overlooked during service, like addressing ALL of my concerns; and troubleshooting should not include taking a shot at a $1500 part on the back of my paycheck that wasn't the root cause. Two reasons why I'll discontinue using them, moving forward: First, and I have only seen this begin over the last couple years, but they seem to have began charging for diagnosis. At one point it began a couple years back now, it was only 1 charge, but at my latest service request, they wanted to charge me 3 different diagnosis fees for 3 repairs needed amounting to almost $300 and I just wanted them fixed (it should be part of the job, guys); Second, I bought a Ford, which everyone should do. Lastly, Shane is a rock star and Jamie is simply rude.Services: General repairs & maintenance”

“So happy they have remodeled, the place used to be an eye sore. Best car wash in Buffalo but I wish they had better blowers. They seemed to have added a few with the remodel but it’s still not that great. I’ve been a monthly pass member for a while. Nice vacuums”

“I stopped in tonight and the staff here went out of there way to problem solve why my car was stalling out. They found I was short on oil and stayed late to make sure I was fixed up and could get home safe. I also did the headlight restoration and it was amazing! The price all together was super cheap but I felt extremely taken care of and like I wasn't being up charged or ripped off. I can't say enough about the customer service I got from Lucas and Jake! I would highly recommend!”

I received quotes from a few different places for new tires, and Ryan beat out all of them by quite a few hundred dollars.
