“I was getting no where with support over the phone so i decided to go into the actual store and talk to an employee face-to-face. I was greeted nicely by an employee named Holly and she was able to fix my issue that I was having. 100% will be going back to this store if I ever have any problems again instead of contacting support over the phone.

“Cannot say enough good about the Verizon staff in Hastings ! Being a 73-year-old who is technologically deficient, Sam went above and beyond to help me. I wanted to switch to Verizon from my current carrier and Sam spent 4 solid hours helping me jump through all the hoops with the old provider. Including being on hold waiting for a representative from old carrier ! Both Sam and Jarrod were patient and truly helpful so I highly recommend this store and excellent staff !”

“We can’t say enough good things about Southeast MN Wi-Fi! Our Internet speed increased tenfold over our previous service provider when we signed on with them. We have been with them three years and although we rarely need to call for help, they are incredibly responsive when we do call. Sarah, the person who answers the phone is always cheerful, extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. She communicates back with updates on when the service call will occur so that we know what to expect. Southeast MN Wi-Fi sends out emails if there is a service outage and has a back up that they put in place until the major outage can be fixed. A rodent recently chewed through our Internet cable. Nick came out and put in a new cable for us free of charge and with no service call fee. This company is amazing and we appreciate their great customer service!!”

“I recently got a new iPhone at this location, and I had an absolutely amazing experience! Huy was professional, very knowledgeable, and helpful but also personable and kind. Jason was great, as well. The whole team seems like they genuinely enjoy their jobs and are great at what they do, which makes the customer service top notch. I will definitely be coming back to this location and I would recommend the same to anyone!”

“We started out with 1 star but after 5 weeks, it's back to 5. We both had made an honest mistake with my wife's phone, she was super pissed, hated me & the t-mobile guys for weeks and I don't blame her.

Needless to say, Matt, Richard & Jim kept pursuing the issue, I keep calling in but it takes time when dealing with the mothership but it finally was rectified.

Could it have been smoother, faster, better? I think we all learned some good lessons however it also could have been much worse.

Glad those guys kept going with the mothership and all the while I'm complaining, they never barked back at me so very professional.”

“I had a great experience here! I knew It was time for a new phone but dreaded the process- I wasn't planning on using the Woodbury Store, but had just finished shopping at Target next door. The parking lot was empty so I went in. The store person was stocking and I mentioned for him to keep going as I would wait and his reply was, "no, l can stock anytime, how can I help you?" That one phrase and gesture set the entire tone for a great experience. I left (painlessly) thirty minutes later with my new phone totally up and running (I'm loving it), only the extras I absolutely needed, complete instructions and all the information I needed if I should require further assistance. Jason B was my salesperson and I highly recommend you pick a day when he's on. Sales, customer service and no hassle-it's what he does and he's good at it. I hope Verizon is aware of what an asset he is. And to think, I had been dreading that trip!”

“Will at the West St. Paul location was so incredibly helpful. I'm not particularly tech-savvy, so I don't always know the right questions to ask and subsequently, it can become stressful. He was very patient and didn't get frustrated, despite some hoops that needed to be jumped through before everything could get resolved. Will was informative in letting me know exactly what I needed to do to get my internet and phone service set up. When I checked today, I ended up having a coax cable at home (which I couldn't confirm one way or the other during my visit), so setting up the modem today to get my internet was easier than expected. I'm grateful to have people like him working in customer service who are willing to go the extra mile. Will deserves a raise! 10/10”
