I had a complex situation arise with a phone that didn't connect with my Bluetooth the way it was supposed to. Store manager Sebastian and Ben bent over backwards to resolve my situation for me. “Outstanding service at this location. Devon and Quinn helped us buy a new phone for my son and were kind, respectful and very knowledgeable about the phones, Verizon and overall cellphone plans. We got an amazing deal because of their experience directing us to the right plan and phone. In addition, when I returned to the store upset because my emailed bill didn’t reflect what I thought it should, they were very patient and understanding and did an excellent job calming me down and explaining the situation ( Basically, I wasn’t reading the bill right and they helped me figure it out). They could not have handled an irate customer (me!) better! They are just really good people. I’m very impressed and highly recommend this location.”
