“I had a great experience here. I took my car in for repairs after someone had backed into me. The employees were lovely. They kept me informed through the entire process. And my car looked amazing when I picked it up. They had even washed it and cleaned the inside. I had had a terrible week, and when I got in my car and saw they had cleaned it up for me I cried. One of my least favorite tasks is cleaning my car and it was way over due for a cleaning. I had been thinking of that impending task all week which was adding to my stress. And now, that was one less thing I had to be stressed about. It's really the little things that make the biggest impact. I will absolutely be using their services again if I ever need repairs.”

“If I could, I would give First Choice 10 stars! The price ccouldn't be beat. Very reasonable. And the service was stellar! When I called for the tow, the guy was apologetic that it was going to be an hour wait for a tow. We're in Minnesota and in a wind chill advisory. EVERYONE needs a tow right now. I knew that and really expected to have to wait a very long time for a tow. And to think this man was apologizing for a one hour wait. :-) And then the shocker... No sooner did I hang up and the tow was there wihin ten minutes of the phone call. WOW!!! The driver's name was Jon. He was sympathetic and kind. I drove with him to the servicing center. He did a great job putting me at ease. This isn't only the First Choice; It's the only choice.”

“I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car towed to a body shop. The insurance company arranged for a different tow company to retrieve the car. As I was in the hospital, I was not able to follow up until the next day. When I checked, my car was still in the same spot and they had noted they couldn’t find it. The damaged car sat overnight at the accident scene and thankfully was not impoundedWe were able to reach out to Nishan auto services instead and they were able to retrieve the car. Not only did they pick up the car but they came to the hospital to get the keys directly from me so that they could do it.I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the level of service, communication, and professionalism.”

We have a tight turn long driveway, and Jeff walked up the driveway to plan out how to get up and down. I appreciated him making sure he didn’t drive over the grass. He was friendly with my kids watching him load up the car. And he texted me to let me know the car was unloaded and at the shop. Would highly recommend”

We have had AAA for years and tonight they failed us big time. Our son was waiting 4 hours and 20 minutes. I was not with him but looked up towing with good reviews. I have seen Many paint & body shops all over the nation… many shops leave me needing to get two or three selections during a storm. Flying Eagle stood TALL and fulfilled all of our paintwork during the 2022 hail season.The paint and body work here is solid.The turn around is fast and the price is right ( do not go low end for paint it is not a good outcome for your vehicle).We had 53 vehicles painted and repaired this year from Flying Eagle after the hail storms ( just our shop alone). “Had my car towed here… I was super concerned, because I had a tone of expensive equipment in the truck bed, which was uncovered, but the staff was nice enough to park it inside when they saw it. Everyone was polite, friendly and pleasant, which I must say is a “first” for me, when it comes to towing companies. Shouldn’t say I strongly recommend, you know…:) but, I sure am glad my truck ended up here and not somewhere with bunch of grumpy, mean employees, who wouldn’t give a flying fart about my stuff.”

“The exhaust fell off my car driving down 169. I walked to the Champlin Sinclair station and asked if they could help me. They walked down the road the where my car was. The guy crawled under my car and said he could probably reattach it while I wait. They immediately removed a car from their bay and drove my car in. They replaced a few rusty exhaust clamps and put everything back together. I was in and out in 30 minutes for $60. Super happy. Everyone was super nice and thoughtful! They really saved the day for me!”
